With 42 residential places available, they are able to provide tailored and specialist care which enables residents to achieve their potential and enjoy a more fulfilling lifestyle.

All prospective residents are welcome within the home. The nursing team can provide support for people with a physical disability, sensory impairments, a progressive illness, dementia or end-of-life care, or if they would just like some companionship or a little extra help while still maintaining independence.

Hampton Grange offers individually tailored care for all residents and they believe that every resident has the right to voice their opinions and make personal decisions at all times. Mum has been in Hampton Grange Nursing Home for a couple of weeks now. She is being very well cared for and has everything she needs for her round-the-clock care. All the staff are very friendly and approachable and the manager and one other particular member of staff have been very helpful in helping
us as a family come to terms with Mum being here.

Hampton Grange is a lovely home. The staff and manager go over and beyond. Lovely views of the river from some of the rooms. The food looks nice and the newly refurbished rooms are very nice. I would highly recommend the home to anyone.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are lucky that activities are provided to suit most residents' needs. Weekly trips to garden centres and other outlets offer a variety of entertainment, for most weeks there are opportunities for garden centres which also offer a variety of clothes to try out and
purchase. Carers are willing to provide personal care (re. feet and hands) to a high standard. All staff can make independent choices and luckily there is a variety so that it does not become monotonous. We are lucky to have a helpful laundress who can search for "lost" items and often stops for a chat. Staff are very efficient at answering my call bell.

My mother spent the last few weeks of her life at Hampton Grange and I could not have wished for her to be at a better home. The staff went above and beyond to make her as happy and comfortable as possible. Also, her family were accommodated when possible and made to feel welcome by all. The staff and

When it became impossible to give my partners mother the palliative care she needed at home, she went to Hampton Grange. The warm welcome and tender and loving care she received there from all the staff were impressive. Despite the pressures of Coivd, they managed to make her feel at home, and they
enabled us to talk to her regularly on the phone. When the end was near, they made arrangements so all could visit, and it was then I saw how gentle and kind they were. Despite her frailly, she looked beautiful with her hair and nails done, in a clean and tidy room, which she loved with its view of the garden and river. She had told me how delicious the food was, even though she could eat little. I cannot recommend Hampton Grange enough, and it is the sort of place I would like to go if it became necessary.

My father has only been in the home for five weeks, but from day one, I knew he was in the best place! The management team and staff are extremely amiable and helpfully; they are always there to talk to and keep me up to date with Dads progress with texts and photos. All his needs are catered for. As

Hampton Grange nursing home has surpassed all of our expectations, the extraordinary levels of care and support they have shown our Dad since moving in two years ago are second to none. The manager has gone above and beyond with his organisational skills, his knowledge, professionalism, empathy and
his personality exudes all of these qualities, all of this overflows when caring for all of his residents, staff and families. The administration staff are caring, very respectful and show so much support, they always made time for our Dad especially, when his dementia became worse; they helped keep him calm. The caring nursing staff should be commended for their amazing ability to understand their resident's needs and care for them as if they were their own family. The staff take time to get to know each resident and assess all their personal and emotional needs, and we are forever and extremely grateful to everyone for making our Dad's stay the most loving and supportive second family. We couldn't have chosen a more suitable, friendly, caring home.

I wish to thank everyone for the care they gave my husband for more than two years. He was always clean-shaven, tidy, and plenty of good meals. All staff were very kind, attentive, nothing was too much trouble. He liked bingo, exercise 'sometimes', also loved bird shows, music, TV and any entertainment.
I am very grateful for his care.

The staff for the last two years have been amazing with my grandad. Kept us informed of any changes to my grandad. It is like one big family. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Grandad seemed very happy. The staff were always by my grandad's side right to the time of his passing. The staff informed
