Conveniently nestled in the beautiful Cotswold village of Broadway, Brompton House is an attractive care home providing personalised residential and nursing care.

This friendly care home has recently benefitted from a large scale refurbishment, designed to enhance residents' quality of life. This includes tastefully decorated communal areas and bedrooms.

Brompton House care home boasts a selection of specially designed dining areas that provide the perfect space to eat and socialise. The catering team prides itself on ensuring that each meal is an enjoyable and meaningful experience for every resident.

Visitors are also welcome to the home at any time, the catering team are happy to include them in mealtimes and, on those sunny summer days, the pretty landscaped garden and patio is the ideal spot for some catching up with family and friends.

With a dedicated and compassionate team at the helm, all aspects of provision at Brompton House are completely person-centred, ensuring residents feel valued and respected as an individual. Brompton House Care Home is not only run with tidy efficiency but also with care and compassion. There is a lovely atmosphere, made all the better by bright, airy rooms, corridors and day areas. I have peace of mind and entire confidence for my mother's residence here.

Mum has dementia and gets confused but enjoys the company of the care staff. If there are any problems, they let you know as soon as possible. There is nearly always something going on and much laughter from the lounge when the balloon is being played, with all getting very exciting. Food always looks
and smells nice. Tea and coffee rounds regularly too.

Staff are lovely, my husband is happy at Brompton House Care Home. My husband is deaf and staff have managed and tried their level best to communicate with him using British sign language, we find he is receiving excellent care here at Brompton House Care Home.

I find the home is very comfortable with lovely, spacious rooms, very clean. Also, very friendly staff. They are willing to learn sign language (British Sign Language) for two of their residents. I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband has been in Brompton House Care Home for just a few weeks but I have been so heartened by the welcome, care and kindness we have both had from all staff. I am particularly impressed by the way they encourage residents to have choices and be spoken to quietly and with encouragement. The atmosphere
is positive, welcoming and fun, everyone smiles, this is so important for family and friends as well as residents. The record-keeping allows me to know what and when they work with my husband and he is relaxed and content. I am so grateful to them all.

My mum has been a resident of Brompton House Care Home for nearly a year now and the quality of care she has received has been exceptional. She is very well catered for and, as a family, we are very happy that she is in Brompton House. Her clothes are cleaned beautifully, her food is lovely and she
has a good choice of menus. In every way, staff go out of their way to ensure Mum is okay and she has said that the staff are lovely and take good care of her.

When my mother lost her mobility and was unable to stay at home, I needed to find a care home quickly.
I was fortunate that Brompton House Care Home was close to me and they could accommodate her within a few days.
She had a lovely, light and clean room and was very comfortable. The food was good
and varied and the catering staff did their best to cater to her disabilities.
She was kept clean and well dressed in her own clothes and her hair was washed and set regularly.
The staff were all friendly and caring, as well as being professional and respectful of her privacy.
In summary, I could not have chosen a better place for her to spend her final year.

I moved my mother into Brompton House at the beginning of October. She was no longer able to manage at home due to her dementia, despite daily carers. She has settled so well. She has been treated with dignity and respect and care from day one. I am so happy that she is here and I feel that her quality
of life now could not be better.

All the staff at Brompton House were extraordinarily patient, kind and thoughtful in caring for my mother through Covid and in recent months. She relied on this as she became increasingly frail. The management of the home was very good during the past year. Having an experienced, attentive and responsive

Brompton House is a beautiful care home, providing care which is of an extremely high standard.
Activities and general standards of care and love are first class. Food standards are high quality and the activities now offered to my mother-in-law provide mental stimulation and fun. There are often
trips out arranged locally, now that Covid restrictions have been eased. Care and attention to detail during Covid were of a very high standard and remain so. A recent refurbishment of the home has given a high-quality feel to the entire place. Totally recommend Brompton House and its staff. My mother-in-law is very happy at the home and feels loved and cared for.

I am more than satisfied with Brompton House. The manager and her team do a magnificent job in looking after and caring for my mum and other residents. The level of care is extremely high and the attention to detail. The quality of food is also excellent and varied menus which my mum enjoys. The manager

This was a first-class experience with comfortable sleeping arrangements and very attentive staff. Good quality food and a request for muesli and fruit was satisfactory. The only downside was a reintroduction of some covid 19 regulations, so there was no socialising or activities, so I was very confined.

The team have a diverse programme of activity that all people living in the home are encouraged to attend and help plan, and offer this programme to everyone staying at the home. Sadly, covid restrictions during your stay meant that we couldn’t facilitate relatives joining people in the dining room for lunch and understand the frustration this caused. We are, however, hopeful that this will change as government guidance eases restrictions in care homes.
