Professionally run caring home. Exceptional care provided to mum and all the staff are very supportive to us as a family too.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and mum could not have received better care anywhere else. It feels like we were warmly welcomed into a whole new family from the moment

From my first visit, I knew it was the right home for us all. This home is all about the people and we have been welcomed into one big happy 'family' of caring, compassionate and dedicated staff who, together, provide a 'home from home' setting. Spotlessly clean, excellent food, kind, thoughtful and
caring staff who have taken excellent care of mum and supported us as a family. We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported us during mum's stay and 'thank you' doesn't seem enough.

We could not have had a better experience with the staff and the way in which they welcomed our auntie. Auntie was confused and not well, but the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate, the Hall is very well kept. Beautiful and clean and warm, I could not praise it enough. Very happy

Our mother was a resident for four months from July to October with vascular dementia, sadly she died at the end of October 2017. Her sons and daughters were so pleased and touched by the care that she received during that short time, all the staff were kind and gentle with her, this includes the nursing
staff, the cleaning staff, the office staff and everyone else that I have not included. Her room was beautifully decorated, it was light and airy and when we added her personal photos and other bits and pieces, it helped her to see it as her home. We could visit Mum whenever we wanted and the staff were always courteous and pleasant. The home itself was not reminiscent of an old people’s home, it always smelt pleasant, it was warm and welcoming.

I was recommended to Tutnall when mum became too frail to look after herself. After a home visit, we were confident mum would settle well into her new home staff have all made her feel very comfortable and welcoming. We as a family, find all staff kind and considerate to mum but also us the family.
My
mum would often comment how lovely the carers were to her. As time has progressed, we are also being kept well informed.
