Wonderful caring staff, make the effort to get to know the residents. My father in law was here only a few days before he died but the care he (and the rest of the family) received from the staff was exemplary.

Dad has recently moved into Tutnall Hall and has quickly settled. When visiting we also feel very welcome. Refreshments are always offered together with a chocolate biscuit. Everyone is very friendly, very professional and very caring. Dad is loving the food, he enjoys his time in the lounge which is
bright, with lovely views of the garden, he has always loved the birds so the bird feeder is a bonus.

My dad arrived 15th January to receive end of life care.
From day one on arrival the staff have been outstanding.
The care they have my dad was amazing. Also how they treated our family was great also.
Nothing was to much trouble.
The place was very clean and food was excellent.
My dads room
was lovely.
Highly recommend this place for your loved one's.

My dad came here 15th Jan. 5 star treatment staff was brilliant kepted Dad peaceful. Gave us drinks etc. Always checked if we was all ok and this place was the best place Dad could be. One member of staff in particular Dad loved her singing together. Thank - you. Room was cleaned 5 star. xx
