1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.

We visited my great uncle today who has been a resident of The Sandford Nursing Home for over 8 years and as on previous visits were again struck by the caring, friendly attitude that the staff have towards the residents and this is extended to guests. They take their time with the residents and show genuine interest. My great uncle cannot praise the staff enough and quite rightly, they deserve praise. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to ALL the staff both personally and on his behalf.
