All staff members are amazing and dedicated to their job, at the time of our loss everyone in the home gave my dad and I comfort and much-needed support.
We spent three years visiting Mum on a daily basis and every visit was a pleasure, a loving warm welcome as soon as we walked through the door.
St Georges Park Care Home has become part of our family.
We cannot thank you enough for the love and care, Mum, Dad, myself, family and friends have received.
Nadine, we are so sorry for your loss and feel very honoured that we could make such a difference during her last few precious years. The care and well-being of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback.
I was initially concerned about a rushed placement to St Georges and worried that my brother may fall and break his hip again. However, people all managed carefully, and difficulties between residents do not result in harm, as situations are avoided or defused. Staff are sensitive towards my brother and understand his "collecting" behaviour. They are also patient with his fear of personal care and his personal space in his room. My brother loves his room and has settled very well. I have been very welcome and enjoyed doing activities with my brother. The nurses are nothing short of heroes for managing my brother's diabetes, which is hard to stabilize. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your kind words, Elisabeth - this means so much to us.
He has been at St Georges Park since October 2019. The staff have been marvellous, very caring and understanding to both him and the family.
We really appreciate your kind words. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
Excellent care and aware of needs of people here. Friendly and carers love always talking to people here!
Thank you for your wonderful review, this means so much to us.
The staff are inattentive as residents are not checked on a regular basis as I found other residents sleeping in my wife’s bed in her room. Also, the room had not been cleaned for several weeks as I found rotting food in her bin that had been there for seven days and I had to report it to staff and check the following day it had been removed. The door would not latch shut and in the visiting room, the window safety wire had the PVC covering worn away and the steel wires were sticking out which could injure the residents. Many of my wife’s items went missing and they lost three pairs of glasses of which I had to replace at a great cost to a pensioner. They give the impression they are caring when they are not as when I tried to claim for the lost glasses they stated that in their contract they are not liable for anything so in that case if you need to have someone go there, send them in with nothing.
During the time referenced Covid19 was only enabling visits in our outdoor specifically constructed pods, which were built to a very high...

I have worked at St Georges for over 5 years and have loved every minute of it. I endeavour to provide a broad-ranging activities programme for those we support, which are person centred and include lots of musical entertainment, holistic therapies and social events within the home, as well as out in the local community.
My days are spent making sure that the residents in the home have an interesting and active social programme to enjoy each day. Residents' individual preferences are always considered, and I welcome feedback from loved ones too.

As Head Chef, Tracy leads the kitchen team in delivering nutritious, delicious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
