I cannot recommend this home enough. I and the family have always received attention to whatever we have asked regarding the treatment and care for my wife and their mother. We have always been consulted whenever it has been necessary.

My mom has been at St Georges for almost two years. In that time, my experience has been that all of the staff from nurses, reception staff, care staff and cleaners are friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Any issues I may have had, have been dealt with in a timely manner and are always willing to listen. Throughout COVID-19, their standards have been very high, and I have felt my mom was safe. Her needs are constantly changing, and I feel the staff at St Georges are moving to meet her needs.

Everyone in the care home does the best they possibly can to look after my partner and the other residents. From the reception to the care staff, from the cooks to the cleansers - they all work incredibly hard and are indeed "caring".

My mum has been a resident at St Georges Park nursing home since January 2018. During this time, she has been cared for with the utmost respect and dignity by all of the management and staff. At the time of the Covid pandemic restrictions, every effort was made for me to maintain contact with my mum, and when this was not possible due to Government restrictions, I had every faith that she was still being cared for with the same care and attention. I am very pleased with the care offered to my mum at St Georges Park.

On an unannounced viewing of the home, we found the staff interacting and meeting the needs of individual residents. On arrival were made to feel extremely welcome and the staff were very professional and reassured us completely. All staff were very supportive and caring right up to the end of my Uncles life at the home. I would, and have, highly recommend St Georges to others.

My mother was a resident of St Georges Park for three years until she sadly passed. She was well looked after, the staff were very obliging and efficient under the management of a superb manager and hospitality manager.

On the night of her passing the three staff on duty on the wing where my mum's room was, were exceptional, compassionate and comforting.

My family and I are very pleased with the care and welfare that my husband has received since he arrived at St Georges Care Home. The staff have all been very helpful and always there to help if we have any problems. Although my husband doesn't always attend activities, he does seem to enjoy the entertainment, which is really very good.

Before my father came to St Georges Park we did not have a great experience of nursing homes, however, from the very first day we arrived, our father and all of our family have felt at home. The care and support our father is given on a daily basis is exceptional, we couldn't have asked for more. Credit to the staff who go above and beyond. Thank you.

I have been most impressed with the professional, dignified and caring way in which my mother has been treated since the first day of her arrival at St Georges Park in October 2018. Her treatment has been nothing short of exceptional: interventions by nursing staff have been critical in her ongoing health care.

My husband has been at St Georges Park almost one year and I have found all the staff to be efficient and nothing is too much trouble. They are NOT paid enough for the jobs they have to do. They are all, without exception, patient with their patients at all times and I am in and out of the home visiting very frequently. I can thoroughly recommend this home.
