Overall Experience
Excellent, friendly staff.
My father is very happy, he is not easy to manage but the staff are excellent with him. I can relax knowing he is well cared for.

The staff have, in my opinion, extended his life. My mother who is 82 is very happy and relieved.

Overall Experience
My Wife has been a Resident in St. Georges Park Care Home for approx 6 1/2 years and during this time the Home has been the subject of three changes of ownership.
The Home is presently owned by Rotherwood Healthcare and under their ownership, it has been the subject of many changes, including refurbishment of the building and changes in Management.
The building and outside areas of the Home are well maintained and the décor (internally in particular) is very pleasant and clean.
The present Management team is approachable, caring and efficient in its management of the Home.
All members of Staff are cheerful, friendly, polite, caring and understanding of Residents needs.
The Laundry and Cleaning Services are excellent and carried out by very pleasant and efficient Staff.
Food is of high-quality and prepared by pleasant and efficient Staff.

My wife’s needs are being met with care, understanding and respect and I would have no hesitation in recommending St. Georges Park Care Home.

I don’t get to visit the Home as much as I’d like but I have to say that whenever I do visit I am made to feel very welcome. The renovation looks amazing and St Georges Park doesn’t feel like a typical Care Home. When my wife and I visit her Grandma we are always impressed with the staff, her bedroom is lovely. It gives us real peace of mind to know that she is being looked after so well. I wish all Care Homes were like St Georges!!

Myself and my family have found St Georges Park to be a clean, bright and well maintained nursing home. My mother has settled well and her level of care is good, all aspects of her needs are met well, she is always clean, clean room and all laundry of her personal things are carried out to a high standard. All staff are pleasant, approachable and although it is early days yet as mum has only been here a short while, we have no complaints and are happy mum is here.
