Would just like to say how thankful I feel that my dad is being so well looked after with attentive and happy staff. Keep up your good, I mean excellent work.
The care centre is both 'homely' and orderly, with a high standard of hygiene. We commend this care centre and the hard-working staff.
My friend came into the care home for reablement from the hospital, and being at Wellington Hall was a godsend. We were welcomed warmly by Jodie, Kate and all the team on floor 2. I was impressed by how much choice and freedom residents have and how every member of staff interacts with each resident. Relatives were welcomed and involved, and communication was really good. Thank you, everyone, you made a big impact and difference.
Thank you to all the staff that provided care to my Mum during her time with you. You were always respectable and sensitive to her needs. It was a difficult time for us as a family and we always felt you looked after her and kept us informed. You made her comfortable in her last few days before she passed and were very supportive to us as a family. Her last day was sad however you ensured we were all ok and your compassion was very much appreciated. The new Manager in charge is superb and is a fantastic, hands on leader who cares very much for the residents, their family and her staff. Her door is always open. I feel with her in charge this home will go from strength to strength.
Throughout her six week stay she was given excellent care, All staff members including nurses and carers treated her with respect and tender loving care and attention, We were always welcomed on each occasion during our daily visits by very pleasant reception staff who were always ready to assist us,
The home always maintained a very high standard of hygiene throughout the establishment at all times,
On the last day of palliative care our entire family were present all day and into the evening of her death, The general manager sent staff in at regular intervals with refreshments and drinks,
On behalf of my family I would like to congratulate everyone concerned for the kindness shown to my wife and family throughout the time she was under the care of the home
Staff were amazing with Dad.
Thanks for your kind words. Will share with the team.

I have been visiting my friend now (a service user) for over a month at the home. I have been overwhelmed with how friendly and caring the staff are. This is the staff at the help desk and the nursing and care staff. I'm really pleased on of my best friends now resides in such a caring and professional facility. I can't thank you enough for looking after him and being so helpful in every one of my visits. Thanks so much.

After spending 3 weeks in a hospice,I didn't think I could get anywhere close but I actually prefer this.Dont get me wrong,in the eye,the hospice takes some beating but from day 1 here I've already been upgraded to a room with a garden which has made me up.Already got the flowers in.Overall though,I can't fault anything. The breakfast ain't great but other than that..100%
Thanks for your kind words. We are really pleased with the progress of your garden - it is lovely to see it being utilised as homely as you have made it. We really love to see service users make this their home and you truly have. I will let the cook know to meet with you, so your preferences with breakfast can be addressed as we would love for you to enjoy the most important of the day!
Mum and dad both spent the last part of their lives in Morris Care Centre, dad from 2021 to 2025 and mum from 2022 to 2024. The care they both received was very good. All the staff made us feel welcome whatever time of day we visited. Reception staff always engaged with the residents sitting in reception and made us feel welcome as visitors. The staff that mum and dad saw every day, both care staff and nursing staff, always did their best for them however busy they were. We have felt at times that there has been a shortage of staff and communication about elements of care have been inconsistent but when we have voiced our concerns, we have found that we have been listened to, and action has been taken promptly. In their final days both mum and dad were treated with great care and respect with the staff always ensuring their comfort and dignity. The support of all our family in the last few days of mum and dad's lives, was exceptional.
We all miss both mum and dad, as well as their family and friends. Thank you for your kind words and will share with the wider team.
In the space of 2 hours I had seen so many issues with the lack of respect & care of patients, anyone leaving a loved one the area of Wellington court, think twice. This isn't care, it's neglect. Morris care Wellington stay away.
Thanks to all the staff but especially the wonderful reception team, 2nd floor careers, catering and Social Activities
100 what an amazing milestone! Thank you for your kind words. We as a home enjoyed making it special for everyone visiting and for mum especially.
As you come into the home, you are welcomed by the lovely receptionist who is always polite, friendly and helpful, the home is clean and has a lovely homely feel to it. The care staff work very hard and are exceptionally kind and caring. Mom has a lot of visitors who are always made to feel very welcome. The activities here are excellent, the food is amazing with lots of choices. In my opinion, the home is outstanding and I cannot praise it too highly.

Mom has been in care with you for a couple of months and she is loving it. Socially she is enjoying it and seem to have settled in well. Care team are very helpful and attentive. I would say fantastic. Room needed some maintanence but generally good sized and well presented. She loves the activities and getting out and about. So far, very very good. Thanks.

Always happy with the care my dad gets and very clean and tidy at all times. So all in all very happy.
We appreciate your feedback and look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
I came to the care home in December 2023. I have had the best care from the staff, they have been brilliant. The rooms and the facilities are very good, you only got to ask the staff, they will do anything for you. It is value for money, the best place I have been in. I have been looked after better here than the hospital. The management asks if you need anything, and they do it for you the same day.
Thank you, for your kind words. We are so pleased you are happy with us at the Care Centre as are we having you here. Please continue to support us by giving us your feedback.
