In my opinion, Morris Care Centre is a friendly environment and the level of care is very good. Food has improved dramatically recently, with better presentation, more variety in options and the quality overall. With most of the staff, you can chat to them about all sorts of things that are of interest to me.
Thank you for taking the time to review the service, its really valuable to receive feedback from our residents and it helps us to continue to improve our services.
The staff have always been very accommodating and welcoming, if there has ever been any problems with my brother-in-law I have always been contacted straight away.
It's been hard during the lockdown but the staff have kept me in contact with him by FaceTime on a regular basis.
Thank you very much for taking the time to review Morris Care Centre, and thank you for such positive feedback. It has been very difficult for residents and families during the last 18 months, our teams have tried really hard to ensure that families are kept up to date.
I am very happy with the staff and accommodation here at the Morris Care Centre. The activities are fun and varied. The staff are friendly and understand my needs. I know that I will be well taken care of and if they can’t help me, they know how to get someone who can.
Thank you for taking the time to review Morris Care Centre, its lovely to receive a review from someone who has the care delivered first hand.
I complained to CQC and then they turned it all around on him accusing him of all sorts from smoking which gave up a long time ago, using his bell for no good reason saying he swears at them and rude.
If anyone wanted to they could check this with his home care team who used to do him and praised him highly on how polite he was. He is in a new home at present due to this home saying he didn't want to stay there but was in fact because I had complained, so really wanted him out. The home he is in now is providing excellent care and always praise him on his good manners.
We are sorry that the care provided did not meet your expectations, we have asked the General Manager to contact you to deal with this as a formal complaint and provide you with a detailed response following a rigorous investigation. Please rest assured, we take complaints very seriously.
Great staff and care for our daughter and peace for Mum and Dad. Cannot fault anything.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, our teams work very hard to provide outstanding care to all of our residents, so it's lovely to see how pleased you are with the care provided.
I had to complain many times about the poor lack of care given. I was left for up to an hour with my bell ringing. I had and have this video recorded as well. The staff spoke to some of the residents like they was nothing and one poor lady was left upset after being ignored for a solid 2 straight hours.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review on one of our homes. I'm sorry that the standard of care was not up to your expectations. Reading your review, we are very disappointed that the standard of care and support did not meet our expectations and will be dealing with your review as a formal complaint and will respond in writing.
The centre has given excellent care to my relative over ten years. The staff, without exception, go above and beyond, giving the family feel to residents. They are a great help in supporting my relative through physical and emotional times. They provide activities to stimulate and keep engagement with everyday life. The facilities, care and general ambiance is one of care, compassion and comfort.
Thank you very much for taking the time to rate one of our services. We're really pleased that Care Centre continues to provide a high standard of care for your loved one.
First-class care. Extremely professional staff who understand the need of their residents. My son's been here for nearly three months, in that time, every staff member I have had to interact with over the phone has been extremely helpful and informative.
Thank you for taking the time to review one of our services, we are really pleased that you feel your son is so well cared for. As a company, we aim to provide a very high standard of care for our residents and support for their loved ones. We notice you marked us down for activities, we have...
Thank you to everyone for the care you gave my father at the end of life. Under the COVID circumstances you made us feel confident with the care you were giving him and you made his last days comfortable. Thank you so much.
The support and love is extended to my whole family and we are all extremely grateful and proud of them.
I will never forget them.
Without the manager's help, as a family, we wouldn't have our Mom close to home.
Our thanks to all the staff.
Visit my uncle regularly. Staff always friendly, helpful and caring. My uncle is well treated and well fed. He seems content and happy. Treated with respect, always clean and well cared for.
