Everyone at Chaseview Care Home went above and beyond for both me and my dad. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly! I really appreciate the staff for the support they gave me. My dad received exceptional care. Thank you to all the staff for making such a difficult time easier.

My father stayed at Chaseview for the final two months of his life. The nursing staff (Claire, Ellen & Bernie) and care team (Jess aka Bess and Tess, Carla) to name but a few of the entire team were all very good, but most importantly caring and considerate of my dad who at times was finding things difficult. I have had family experience of another care home locally and this far exceeded the care there. I hope this standard of care and most importantly thoughtfulness continues with the new owners.

Words can't fully convey our appreciation to all of the nursing, care and ancillary staff that cared for my mother during the final 10 days of her life, making sure that she was comfortable. We would like to thank the nursing staff who ensured we could be at mom's bedside at the end.

My dear friend of 50 years was admitted to Chaseview Care Home, towards the end of last year, for palliative care. Her room was cheerful and bright and spotlessly clean. The food was always very appetising and 'homely' - all the staff I encountered were consistently kind, friendly, caring, helpful, cheerful, sympathetic and empathetic. They were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they all, from carers to nurses, went that extra mile to help. They made my friend feel very loved and cared for, with genuine kindness and affection. I am so thankful and grateful to all the staff. I can't recommend it enough!! Thank you.

My dad loves it at Chaseview. He enjoys the activities, especially the animals and Salvation Army choir. The staff take excellent care of him and keep me informed at all times. They have gone out of their way to make Christmas extra special and love to have a chat with him. He feels loved and safe. A big thank you to management and staff including cleaning team and kitchen staff that keep him well fed.

If there was an award to be given it should go to Chaseview Burntwood for the care that was given to my husband from July 2023 to Sept 7th 2025 when my husband passed away in there and I cannot thank them enough for the care, kindness, love, dignity that they gave my husband while he was with them from the management down to the cleaners. All of them where so kind to myself and family. I shall always be thankful to them all and remember them all. Thank you all again.

When I first came to visit Chaseview, I knew it was the right place for Mum. Since she has been here, she treats it like home & the staff arw all like family. Lately mum has been moved off residential onto nursing due to her health deteriorating rapidly. All the staff here are very welcoming, friendly & empathetic, nothing is too much trouble & they all go over and above with the care & support for mum and myself. They are like a 2nd family.

From the very start, and it is nearly a year here, this home has been very welcoming, giving off a lovely atmosphere. My overall experience is that I leave Mom here with complete confidence in her being looked after by excellent staff in lovely, stimulating surroundings. The comms are excellent from them, the food and provision of the home is well maintained, spotless and run very efficiently. I could not have chosen better.

If there were an award to be given, it should go to the manager and all of their staff. Myself and family would like to thank them for their love and care they give my husband, he was been there for almost 2 years now, this entitled me to go on holiday with my 2 sons and their family, which I have not done for many years, because I know he is looked after. He has a specialist chair for the home, he is comfortable, this has made his life a lot better, so thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and care in the home. Mom only spent 10 days being cared for in the home. In that time she was cherished by staff who were nursing her as she came to end of life. They kept her comfortable, additionally, my sister and I were made to feel so welcome and encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted with her. We were made to feel part of the family and they cared for us too, ensuring we were comfortable, fed and watered! Every member of staff treated us like family. We are so grateful. Mom died peacefully, with us present. A dignified, loving and special experience. Sensitively handled.

While my mum was in the care of Chaseview Care Home, I can only commend how brilliant the overall care and protection that mum received. From the nursing staff to activities coordinators and higher, these people here take great pride in caring and have great empathy for the people in their care. I would recommend Chaseview, 100%, for being a brilliant care home, if you were unsure. No regrets here! Thank you to all the staff for looking after my mum so well.
