Thank you Chaseview.
Find staff very helpful and caring, always help you to solve any problems you have. The staff are always pleasant and seem to spend a lot of time talking to residents.
Standard of care remains consistent. Mother's needs attended to. Staff extremely caring and helpful both young and older.
Care staff are so kind and caring to all residents and involve everyone in activities. The staff treat everyone as an individual and make time to get to know them and their family. I couldn't wish for a better place for my mother to live she is a very happy lady at last.
Last weekend some of my relatives who haven't been for some time, visited Chaseview. They were so impressed at the overall standard of care. Every member of staff greeted them. My mom looked well cared for and happy. No unpleasant smells and no dirty cups littering the place. Well done staff at Chaseview. I know how hard you work. Thank you.
My mother-in-law has been a resident for 4 years but has recently passed away. During the early years, we felt that the home was taking two steps forward and one back. Once management stabilised there was a measurable improvement in all areas. We were happy with the care and attention being given. During the days before, and on moms passing, the care, attention and passion paid was 2nd to none, to both, mom and the family. With all confidence the family would fully recommend the home to anyone in a similar position to ours.
Always find, when visiting, that my aunty us happy and seems contented living here.
Residential part which my mother was a resident was clean. Staff were smart, polite, helpful and caring. All my mom's needs were attended to. She was given regular drinks and snacks. Regular activities were arranged for all. Communication between staff and residents was good. I felt assured my mother was well looked after.
My mother was at Chaseview Nursing Home for 2 and a half years before she passed away. She was cared for well and shown kindness from all the staff. The staff were very professional and always listened to any concerns I may have had.
My uncle has been in this home for about 6 years, in all that time he has always had the best of care. He was always clean and presentable and his room was equally always clean. The staff have been excellent to him and did all they could for him even when he was grumpy. The nursing care was excellent. High praise to the from me and the family.
I am extremely happy with all care provided to mom. From all members of staff.
My mom has been here for about 2 months and I have found the staff all from management to domestic very friendly and helpful. The home is very clean and lots of activities for the ladies and gentlemen to do if they wish. My mom has done more activities since being in Chaseview
You truly are dedicated and my nan (and all your residents) must appreciate you so much.
You are doing such an amazing and important job.
Thank you so much.
The nurses did all they could to make his last days at the home pain-free and comfortable. The cleaners not only cleaned his room but became his buddies. I can only say that I'm so glad dad spent his last days there.
My 88 year old Mom arrived at Chaseview just over a week ago after spending 4 weeks recovering from hip surgery in hospital. We wanted to be on hand to greet Mom into her new home knowing how disorienting and confusing this can be. We needn't have worried from the get-go Mom was met by a member of staff, warmly greeted and as we made our way to Mom's room on the first-floor meeting carers who warmly greeted Mom as if they'd know her for ages. Small things that mean so much. We'd previously been to Moms room to deposit her clothes and nicknacks making her room homely and after being shown around and having a coffee it was time for dinner. We left Mom in the dining room and came home happy in the knowledge that Mom was being expertly looked after. My heartfelt thanks to management, staff and carers who have made Mom's move a happy one. During the week I visited Mom and I can see genuine improvements in Mom's condition and general well-being. Thursday she had her hair permed, saw the chiropodist and saw her new doctor.
The staff are mostly excellent.
Cannot fault the home, they look after my dad really well. He has settled in nice and is very good cannot fault them at all.
My dad came into Chaseview Care Home 3 years ago he has settled well and very well cared for. I could not wish for better care. The staff are very friendly and supportive I would recommend Chaseview very highly.
We have been extremely pleased with the care the home have provided for our 94-year-old mother. Carers are kind and considerate and always try to meet her needs. She is kept clean and well hydrated and given plenty of food during the day. We have seen a vast improvement in both her physical and mental well being since she has been here. Staff work extremely hard and are dedicated to the residents.
My mum came to Chase View Care JHome in January 2018. As an only child and as mum had lived with hubby and I for 8 years and she had my undivided attention I was reluctant to place mum in care, but her needs became too much for me, so I looked at Chase View and was very impressed to the quality of care from all the staff. I felt sure that mum would receive the care and respect that a 92-year-old she deserved. My mind was at ease and reassured, and 8 months later I am delighted to say I made the right choice.
