During the time she stayed at Chaseview she was looked after by an amazing group of staff who shared her genuine warmth and care.
She was treated with dignity and respect.
I, as a wife of a resident, speak for myself and the whole family, how well we have been treated by the staff during my husband's stay at your wonderful Chaseview Care Home. I would recommend to anyone the wonderful treatment they would have there.
Very good at informing on health of Mom. Always helpful and pleasant staff.
We are so glad that we chose this nursing home for mom and would highly recommend it to anybody that is making the difficult decision to place their loved one into care.
We are very happy with Dad's care and are looking forward to getting to know every and everything about Chaseview Care Home.
I love being at Chaseview and hope I don't have to move. Food is lovely and the staff are very helpful.
I find the service of the care home brilliant. The staff are great and polite. My mom seems happy most of the time.
Very good. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. My mother seems to be being looked after very well and always seems clean and presentable. Very nice care home with great staff.
Compassionate and dignified end of life care provided for our mother. Chaseview contacted us at a critical time and facilitated our goodbyes. Thank you so much.
I have only been able to visit my wife on 3 occasions and on each visit I found the staff very professional, helpful and friendly. My wife is also of the same opinion and says how nice, friendly and caring everyone is. They treat her with dignity and respect.
Thank you all for supporting and caring for my beloved dad in the last years of his life. Already I miss the interaction with you as well of course as my dad. He is at peace now. I cannot remember all the names of those I met when I was able to visit, seems like moons ago since COVID appeared. There are some staff whose names stand out for me and I can see them in my mind's eye. Best wishes to all staff at Chaseview.
Brilliant can't fault the care Chaseview provide. Five years my dad been here can't find one single fault. All staff's approachable, friendly, nothing too much trouble.
Cannot fault the care my father received here at Chaseview. The staff are so caring and kind from the manager to carers and housekeeping all were wonderful. All our family were treated with the utmost respect as visiting dad was hard during Covid-19 although the home was Covid-19 free visiting and rightly so was strict. But thank you Chaseview for looking after our father so well you are truly angels.
I could not thank Chaseview enough for the care they gave to my dad. Whenever I rang the home up to speak to him they were always friendly and would take time to answer any questions. Dad always looked clean and happy and when he was end of life care they couldn't do enough for him. Such a lovely home.
When my dad came into Chaseview he as on the residential floor he settled in so quickly and was really happy. I cannot fault the staff when dad became poorly, they were so supportive when dad came back from hospital he had nursing care. The staff at Chaseview did all they could to make dad really comfortable. Such a lovely home and the staff couldn't do enough for the family when dad passed away.
In these difficult times, it is understandable anyone being cautious about placing a loved one in a care home. My experience of this home is that they have excellent infection controls in place. I would not hesitate in placing a loved one here or indeed being here myself if I needed residential care.
When the manager tells you, Gran is fine during lockdown; you all get told she's not eating a lot but is fine, then when the nurse says 'You can lead a horse to water, but can't make it drink', then when you are never once told about having video consultations with a doctor, then not until you call to ask for a video chat with Gran, that you are told to prepare yourself as she is seriously ill, then when told the same day by the manager she is fine, when all along she was far from fine and lay in bed dying. When the manager refuses to answer why you were lied to if they care for your relative. Please stay clear of Chase View.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we apologise for the shortcomings in our communication. We regularly kept in touch with the three registered next of kin for your Gran, including numerous calls, arranged visits and updates. During this challenging time, we relied on those next of...
We cannot thank you all enough for looking after our dad and making his final months as comfortable as possible. We all know you had a soft spot for him and his infectious smile. You all have a heart of gold, the dignity and love you gave him was absolutely brilliant, your professionalism and dedicated care were very well shown.
This is a really tough time for relatives who have loved ones in any care facility and I would like to take this opportunity to commend Chaseview Residents Section on their pro-active approach to current events during lock-down. Management and staff are really good and appear to have all required procedures in place. I communicate with the home on a daily basis to check on my mom and they are always positive and honest with their responses to my questions. Thank you, everyone, so far so good. Whatever you are doing keep on doing it and with good solid practices and procedures and everyone pulling together we will hopefully come through to the other side and be able to see our loved ones and yourselves again very soon.
My mom recently came into Chaseview from living at home and being totally independent. Mom has been very ill and I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have found that the home is excellent, the care is of a very high standard, all the staff are welcoming and friendly, and they treat my mom with dignity and respect. Mom's appetite has greatly improved as the food is home cooked and of a very high standard. I go home at night knowing my mom is safe. The home never smells of urine either!
