The food is second to none, there is a menu with choices every day and we are able to join mum at meal times. The rooms are kept really clean and always tidy. Mum's washing is always just as I would do it. Also, the activity lady is always finding things for the residents to do.
My mother came to Brindley Court in February 2016. The care she received and the staff cannot be faulted. They were wonderful and cared for my mother, she died there April 17th 2016. The room she was in, and in fact the whole building was kept clean. Overall we were very satisfied and have no complaints at all.
My mother-in-law entered Brindley Court in February 2016 and until her death in April. She was given the most marvellous care, consideration and respect. It would be difficult to imagine a better nursing home. The staff were very helpful, always very considerate and showed great professionalism and compassion in her final days. She always looked well cared for and even ta the end there never seemed anything that would not be done to help her and make her comfortable. A really excellent nursing home.
Nice home, my Mum is well looked after.
After the trauma of a fall and surgery (hip replacement) my father could no longer continue to live independently and was assessed as needing 24 hour care. It was important that he was closer to family in Staffordshire and so we were very fortunate to find a vacancy at Brindley Court.
The home is welcoming, bright and clean and the nurses and care staff exceptional in their care of residents. My father can be difficult at times and at 94 years old he is set in his ways - staff who all call him Granddad manage to calm and reassure him now knowing how he thinks!!.
Food is good - he loves his fish and chips on Friday.
On the first unannounced visit we felt a good feel about the place. The home manager was very warm and welcoming, she listened to what we wanted for my dad/husband. We were shown around the home and everything seemed very comfortable. All the staff are caring and look after dad with respect. The home is spotless. I must admit the first thing that I noticed was there were no unpleasant smells and that every where was fresh and clean. The food is excellent 1st class. The home has just undergone a full refurbishment a lovely homely place.
