When we arrive you allways get a friendly greeting. All the staff are pleasant towards us. My dad has been in the home for about 18 months and is very happy there. We are also very happy with his care. The bedroom is always clean & tidy, so we have no complaints.
During this time she has been comfortable and well-fed.
Her surroundings are kept clean and tidy with modern facilities.
We've found the staff are always cheerful and attentive. They've always been approachable and answered any questions asked.
As visitors to Brindley Court Care Home, we have always been made very welcome by the staff. They are very friendly, caring and considerate, which makes for a happy care home. Our brother-in-law is very well cared for and contented. We have been able to join in with parties and entertainment and have always been encouraged to stay. Excellent care and excellent food with plenty of cups of tea and cake. Its a pleasure to visit.
The home is cosy, clean and very welcoming. All staff are friendly, cheerful and very approachable. Feel more like friends of the family rather than staff. Care is excellent with every little detail noted. Food is better than many restaurants I have visited. Would highly recommend this home.
Look after Mum. Always cheerful and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Very clean and meals are lovely.
I am very happy with the home. It always smells clean, and overall, everything is excellent.
All the staff are fantastic, they've looked after my mum for two years now and she and her family cannot praise them enough for the care that she has had.
A relaxed atmosphere. Related back to previous meet and discussed how mum's dependency had altered. I was asked if I had any issues with Mum's care and any other issues. I felt as though I was being listened to and everything was recorded on the care plan.
The interior is always warm, comfortable and well-maintained, what I would describe as "homely".
You can always have things you want around you, and your requests are always satisfied. You are encouraged to partake in activities that are arranged, or the staff consider any suggestions you make for alternatives.
I believe if any care facility or, for that matter, the business has a good management structure, the standard of care will cascade down through the rest of the staff. We have always received a warm welcome from the staff at any visit. This gives us confidence in the level of care given, and quite fortunate that our friend is in your care. A big thank you to all the staff - well deserved.
We have always found the care excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I have always found them helpful and polite. Overall, the home is excellent.
Brindley Court has been home to my dad for six years and we could not be happier. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional and have a very good manager who excels at her job. The maintenance and upkeep are always on point. The food is excellent. They are approachable and knowledgeable on every resident.
My experience is limited as I visit on a random basis and obviously do not see the amount of work required to run a care home. Management and staff are amazingly cheerful given the problems they have to deal with.
From the first visit, we felt relaxed and at ease with the friendly staff. Our minds were put at rest as we only wanted the best for our mum. We can't fault the staff, as they all go out of their way to help. So if you're worried about your parents or family members, I don't think you will find better.
I was happy with all staff, they are informative, always happy to help and extremely caring for their patients. When I visited this home for my sister that was the first thing I noticed, how nice the staff were and always polite.
Mother has been at Brindley Court Care Home for seven months now. We were so pleased to be able to get Mum a place here. The home is marvellous with happy and helpful staff. Mum has all the attention she needs and is being looked after really well. All the family would recommend Brindley Court to anyone.
The nursing staff along with community staff worked hard to keep Mum out of hospital. Her medical, physical and psychological care was very good.
I would highly recommend Brindley Court if you are considering nursing home care.
My aunt has only been here for a few months but seems settled and happy. The staff are friendly and willing to help, even when they seem very busy! The management are always available for any concerns.
Our mother was at Brindley Court for ten lovely years, she was happy and content. The staff were absolutely brilliant. We could not have found a better care home for our mother. We were a family. The staff called us by our first names and vice versa. The staff thought the world of our mum, nothing was too much trouble for them. If there was any issues or problems they would ring us straight away. Thank you to all the staff for making our mum feel at home and welcome for the ten years our mum was with you. Thank you for your dignity towards our mother's final days. P.s, carry on the brilliant work you do.
All the staff (admin, carers and nursing) are extremely friendly and informative. Constantly informed of any incident, even if no injury or action required. Monthly telephone call to update on Mum's condition and check if we had any concerns.
