I have always found the staff have responded quickly to requests; answered any questions fully and have communicated quickly and clearly. The room is clean and bright and there are no odours in the room or general shared areas. The food is plentiful although the residents are on a pureed diet. The personal
needs of the residents are handled with care and consideration.

My husband has been a resident in Garden View (Nightingale Group Healthcare) since May 2018. He has received the most wonderful caring and loving care since then. Although at times he can be difficult and aggressive, the staff always treat him with kindness and respect. I could not cope without them,
they are fantastic. I would like to add my thanks, for the care and kindness they show to me. Thank you.
