We have just placed my father in the care of Eversleigh Nursing Home, what a find! Without any experience of the care system, we were put under tremendous to find a nursing home close to where we live with just 6 days to find a self-funded home, thank you Northampton ICB. I guess we aren't alone in this situation. We viewed 3 local homes on Thursday, we were greeted so well at Eversleigh by the admin team, shown around and discussed all the cost implications. We went back on Friday morning, unannounced, and greeted so well again, that we decided that Eversleigh was the place for my father. By Friday 4.45 pm, the team had arranged ambulance transport for the Monday morning, no other agency would assist us. Dad has been in Eversleigh's care for a week now, he is well cared for, he is bed-bound and in quite a state. What a difference a week makes, he is now so alert, communicative and almost his old self. I do put this down to the Eversleigh team, for providing excellent care and attention.
Thank you for your kind words, we are delighted that you are happy with the care your Father is being provided. Your kind words have been passed on to our staff.
Exceptional care has been taken of my aunt from day one. Nothing has been too much trouble for either the staff or the management and at a very difficult time for our family, we feel we are in safe and professional hands. My aunt was made comfortable from day one and there has been an emphasis on ensuring she has the best care. Both myself and my aunt are delighted with her care plan and happy with her new home.
We are pleased to hear that both you and your aunt are happy with the care that is being provided. We will ensure we keep on providing the best for your loved one.
My wife was admitted due to advanced Alzheimer’s which proved too difficult to deal with in our home environment. Eversleigh has looked after all her needs and with their help and professionalism she is now stable and settled into the new environment. The staff are warm and friendly and have responded to my every request. At this difficult time for both my wife and myself, I have found confidence in the home which supports her needs fully. Thank you for all you have done.
Thank you for your kind words. We are pleased to hear that our care and support has been sufficient. I will pass this on to the team.
The home keeps me well-informed about Mum. They are always helpful and very friendly. I am happy that Mum is well cared for and they deal with the difficulties of communicating with her really well. They make her feel special.
Thank you for your lovely review. I will ensure this is passed onto our staff at Eversleigh Nursing Home. We thrive to make our resident happy and feel cared for.
I just wish to say thank you to all the staff taking care of my friend over the last two years. I appreciate all the care and attention given. I don't think it's advisable to mention the individual staff. Perhaps there are certain individuals I have communicated with concerning her; they know who they are. I think all members of staff have excelled in these difficult times.
Kind Regards,
Management Team.
My mother came into Eversleigh Nursing Home in May, the greatest care is being provided to Mum. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, providing invaluable support and advice whenever needed which has been really reassuring as we really didn't know what we were doing. Mum is happy and secure and says everyone she sees is lovely. She has been having her hair done and gets her papers delivered daily. The chef baked Mum a cake for her birthday which was a lovely thing to do. Thank you so much for everything you are doing.
We are happy that the additional services we provided are sufficient, and provide an extra layer of personalised care. Finally, we are glad that you are no longer struggling and that...
My mother spent the last few weeks of her life at Eversleigh Nursing Home. What a gem of a place it is. We were so lucky to have such a great team of staff looking after her and caring for her needs. This was so reassuring for me. My husband and I are both in our 70s and Eversleigh will be top of our list if either of us need nursing care. Thank you to all.
Thank you for your lovely review which I will share with the whole team. At Eversleigh Nursing Home we take pride in supporting residents at the end of their life with the utmost dignity and respect. We feel honored that we had a chance to meet your mother and yourselves.
My care at Eversleigh was very important to me and my family. The carers, nurses, kitchen staff, and housekeepers could not do enough and were very important to me and my family. The care and support from everyone were impeccable. I could not praise it high enough.
We are extremely happy to hear that you were happy with your level of care from the whole team and your overall experience. We will be sure to pass your kind words on to the team who will be thrilled to read this.
Kind Regards,
Management Team.
The care given was well above a high standard, and all needs were met in a professional and kind way. The resident involved was terminally ill within months of the admission, and all their needs were met and dealt with in a compassionate and understanding way at all times.
Thank you so much for your kind comments which I will pass on to the home staff.
I would recommend Eversleigh Nursing Home. The care that everyone gives is marvellous. They are extremely kind to the relatives. I could not ask for anything more in the care of my husband. Everyone tries their very best.
Thank you Susanne for your lovely review. I will share your kind words with all the team.
Eversleigh staff were kind, caring and efficiently attentive throughout my husbands stay. The standards in Eversleigh were always high, and as a family, we felt supported and listened to. I think my husband's circumstances were more unusual and complex to care for. At 66 with paralysis and a terminal diagnosis during Covid and with long-standing MH problems, it was at times very difficult. Access to good internet and talking service was an issue. The gap between hospital care and nursing home/final stage care was excellent.
We appreciate the feedback. We will continue to maintain a high standard of care and serve from the heart. We are currently looking at a new wifi provider.
I can not thank the staff enough for their kindness and help they have given to me and my mother. Everything you ring they are always happy to talk to us and chat about mum's day. I have seen a great improvement in my mum since being in your home. It was her birthday and we have a lovely visit with mum and all the staff sang happy birthday. I really can't thank you enough.
We appreciate your feedback and lovely comments, we at Eversleigh Nursing Home will continue to deliver a high standard of care.
Very caring, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful care was given to my mother in the short time she was at the nursing home. There is a lovely feel when you enter the building. Staff are so empathetic. Would recommend Eversleigh Nursing Home highly.
We appreciate the feedback, we will continue to maintain the high standard of care and serve from the heart.
My mother was transferred from a hospice after 6 months as no longer fitted their criteria. This at first was a huge disappointment as my mother only had days/weeks to live and was her preferred place of care. Eversleigh changed our minds. The nurses quickly settled mum in as nobody else present due to Covid. The reassurance given from the staff and admin staff was friendly and informative. The standard of care at the Eversleigh is nothing but magical, professional and with everyone going above and beyond. I am eternally grateful. Thank you.
We appreciate your feedback and lovely comments, we at Eversleigh nursing home will continue to deliver the high standard of care.
My father spent his last few weeks at Eversleigh, having moved there from Hospital last month. He had become very frail and poorly and was no longer able to be looked after at home. We could not have wished for a better place for him to move into. The staff were extremely caring, friendly and supportive from day one with Dad under difficult circumstances due to COVID. As Dad became seriously ill we were allowed to visit him and spend some time which we were so thankful for and helped when we finally had to say goodbye. We would definitely recommend the Eversleigh, thank you again Management, Nurses and Carers for taking care of our Dad.
Thank you, Lin, for your very kind words, we will pass you thanks on to the staff.
My mother spent her last few months at Eversleigh, having moved there from Hospital just before Christmas. She had become very frail and my wife and I were no longer able to look after her at home. I could not have wished for a better place for her to move into. The staff were extremely caring and she had very good support and was made to feel welcome from day one. The management of the home is exceptional and the safety and well-being of the residents is clearly their top priority. As a relative, I felt very well supported by the nursing staff who were always happy to discuss any issues that I might have been worried about.
Thank you Rodger for your lovely review. I will share your kind words with all the team.
Mum was transferred from hospital to Eversleigh Nursing Home, Leamington Spa during the Covid-19 crisis. During this somewhat unique and difficult situation during which we have been unable to visit, the management, nurses and carers have made every effort to ensure Mum has quickly settled and is as comfortable as possible. Arrangements were made by a dedicated communications carer for Skype live chats with Mum where we can see that she is being well looked after in an ideal environment. All medical and welfare matters have been brought quickly to our attention and during the past six weeks, we have felt totally confident that Eversleigh Nursing Home is providing Mum with the highest levels of nursing care.
Thank you for your really kind words and we hope to see you soon.
My father moved into Eversleigh in December 2019. He has settled in well and is very happy in his surroundings. He has a lovely room which overlooks the gardens and is very well looked after. All the staff are very friendly and spend a lot of time with the residents making them feel at home. I am extremely glad he was accepted into the home as I know he will be well-loved and cared for.
Thank you for your kind words, we will share your comments with the staff.
Having only been given 48 hours in which to find a placement for Mum, I feel really lucky to have found Eversleigh Nursing Home. I am very happy with the care provided there for her. With credit to all the staff, Mum settled in really quickly. All of the staff are friendly and approachable, and there for the relatives as well as the residents. The staff soon got to know Mum and her needs, adapting to her and her routines to provide person-centred care. They often share a laugh and a joke with Mum, whilst still retaining the utmost respect for her. Mum was allocated a lovely room that is cosy and comfortable. Taking in familiar ornaments for her was not a problem. Favourite pictures from home have even been put up on the walls for her.
Thank you, Simon, for your lovely review. We aim to provide the highest standards of care. I will share your comments with all the team.
As Mum's life came to a close, the family were shown every consideration and the privacy and time to say our goodbye's. It was so natural and dignified that we came away feeling sad of course, but also at peace, knowing that Mum had the best of farewells.
Thank you so much for your lovely review Philip, your mum became part of our family as soon as she arrived. I will share your kind words with all the team at Eversleigh.
