The care home looks after my brother amazingly, all the staff seem to genuinely care and nothing is too much trouble.
We found all the staff from cleaners to carers to nursing staff and management to be very considerate and extremely professional in their manner.
The nursing home was absolutely the best you could wish for. The staff, carers, nursing staff all members of staff at the home, you could not wish for better to look after your loved one. They could not do enough for your relative or for their family, they took great care of both.
The home provided very good care throughout my husband's time there. The staff always treated him with dignity and respect and always interacted positively with him and made time for him. The end of life care given to him was very caring and respectful of all his needs. This care extended to the family at this sad time which helped to heal the pain of his passing.
If you're looking for a place to treat your loved one with dignity and respect then this is the place for you. Each member of staff deserves credit. At what was a very difficult time when my Grandfather needed end of life care they went above and beyond to ensure that he was comfortable and we were ok. Within moments of meeting the Area Manager I knew that this was where I wanted my Grandfather to spend his final days. The feel of the home is grand, there are no telltale odours, call bells were answered in good time, there was always a member of staff on hand to assist us when we needed it, they also extended their care to us and gave comfort. The day Nurse in charge whilst we were there was exceptional and we thank her from the bottom of our heart for her care and compassion. Well done Eversleigh your home is first class!
