Kenilworth Grange is a bright, comfortable purpose-built care home close to the centre of historic Kenilworth. The skilled and dedicated team provides specialist residential, nursing and respite care for older people, including those who are living with dementia.

The lifestyle team supports residents to enjoy meaningful experiences, with group and one-to-one activities, as well as trips to local museums, markets, shops, pubs and cafes.

Each bedroom has en-suite facilities and stylish furniture, and your loved one is welcome to bring their own treasured items to help them feel more at home. There are different living areas, lounges and quiet rooms around the home, as well as a hair salon and gardens that are very popular with residents.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Mum was a full-time resident of Kenilworth Grange for just over 5 years. Prior to that, her late sister had been a full-time resident for 3 years. Mums care and Aunties care were both very good. The staff were also very kind and friendly towards me during my frequent visits over those many years. I
particularly want to praise the Manager, who has always been very kind, friendly and helpful whenever I contacted her for any reason. I am happy to recommend the care and love provided by the staff of Kenilworth Grange to anyone seeking care for their loved one.

The admin staff were polite and helpful. Every assistance was given to make the transfer of my mother from hospital out of the area as easy as possible. Nursing staff have been very keen to get to know my mother and been excellent in helping her to settle in. I only mentioned the room smelt slightly
stale and before I knew it the carpets had been cleaned. Mum is finally getting the care she deserves. Nothing is too much trouble.

My mother, now 97 years old, was admitted to Kenilworth Grange in February 2015, initially as a D2A patient. She transferred to residential care in March 2015. The staff at the Grange are truly amazing and the residents are treated with respect and kindness. The carers are friendly and cheerful, and
there is always a ready smile and a helping hand. They are always courteous and helpful to relatives and there is always a cup of tea or coffee with cake on offer! The family have peace of mind that my mother is well cared for and safe and sound.

My mother 97 in a few days has been a resident in Kenilworth Grange since February 2015. During her time there we have been very impressed with the level of care she receives. The staff are so friendly, greeting everyone with a smile and very caring towards the elderly people who live here. There is
an openness about the grange which isn't apparent in some other care homes. The family are happy that mum is safe secure and well cared for.

We always found staff to be friendly and professional. They worked quietly and efficiently and gave dignity and respect to service users. Home was clean, provision of food and drink was ample. Knowing that aunt enjoyed being there and was well cared for allowed us to relax. Especially as we are not

When it was decided that my wife needed to be in full time care, I had the choice of two homes, one nearer to my home and Kenilworth Grange, a bit further away. I am so glad I decided on Kenilworth Grange as my wife has had first class care there for the past 11 or so months.
All the staff are so caring,
giving me peace of mind when I am not visiting.
She is so comfortable there. The choice of meals is so varied and her room is kept so clean. Praise to the manager for keeping this home running so smoothly.

My mother has been resident at Kenilworth Grange for over six years. She admitted herself after visiting friends there as a solution to her extreme loneliness after losing my father. Quite independent early on, she was able to keep up her main interests, have visitors at any time and join in appropriate
activities such as mobility sessions, quizzes, gardening, art and craft and visits to local town gardens and some social events. Now 90, she has been supported through a number of changes and is increasingly dependent on the expertise of the caring staff. They involve us in annual reviews and I cannot fault them at any stage. She now regards the Grange as home, spends most of her time in the very pleasant lounge with her paper and TV and sometimes sits in the well kept gardens. She still chooses her meals from the balanced and nutritious menu and she is treated with respect by the staff at all levels. She is content, feels safe and knows she is extremely well looked after.

Very happy with the service level provided by The Grange, Kenilworth.


My father visits my mother on a near daily basis and has built up a good rapport with the staff. They in turn are always helpful and provide Dad with reports on how my mother is getting along.


The care being provided for

my mother is excellent - she seems as happy as can be under the circumstances.


My father, brother and myself are very happy with the level of care provided for my mother.

Job Title: Home Manager

I joined the team at Kenilworth Grange in October 2011. I’m a Registered Nurse, and I’ve continued my nursing education to achieve a master’s degree in nursing, as well as midwife and social and health care qualifications.


To do this role well, you need to be analytical and a team player. It’s important to be an effective communicator and a role model who can lead the team. You also need up-to-date clinical skills and the ability to manage the home.


I have a good rapport with my colleagues and enjoy managing the home as a unit. My favourite part of the day is ensuring the team's skill mix is just right. Contributing to health and safety training has been a highlight of my career, and I take great pride in empowering colleagues through clinical competencies.
