From the moment I was greeted and went in through the front door, I knew that my mum was going to be well looked after here. I wanted an urgent short term placement for my mother and the manager was extremely helpful, went to assess mum in hospital as soon as I asked and made the process as easy as possible. The room my mum moved into was lovely and - for the short time she was there - she was really well looked after. The staff were wonderful with her and very kind to me. I would recommend the home to anyone.

Excellent staff who are well trained. They are very kind and treat residents and others with dignity, respect and professionalism. They work as a team to provide quality of care. The management is excellent. Always have time to listen to the residents and relatives’ concerns and address them as soon as it’s reasonable.

I would definitely recommend Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home to others.

The quality of care here has made a real difference to my mother's state of health.

She was catching infections at least once a month before she was here and this has ceased due to their care - especially in regard to hygiene and hydration. The staff are friendly and helpful and I feel happier in that I know my mother is safe there.

on my latest visit to the Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home, the staff were very helpful, understanding, and friendly. I had the opportunity to talk to the Managers, and answer all my doubts and problems, I could feel the tension leaving my shoulders, I cannot thank them enough for looking after my Uncle, and know he is in the right home and he is well looked after

Excellent home, with caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble.

My friend is staying there, and the staff tend to his every need.

The chef allows my friend to order food that is not on the menu, and it seems like a smart hotel.

I have never noticed any untidiness or dirt anywhere, so all seems in good order.

We feel my mother is very well cared for. She was in another home before Royal Leamington and was neglected in the other place. We feel she has approved 100% since being in Royal Leamington. The staff are all 100% focused on the job. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nursing home. Very well done the Royal Leamington 5 stars.

The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home received my brother in very difficult conditions when his nursing requirements were at their greatest.

After a few initial setbacks, my brother is now showing real signs of progress both physically and mentally thanks to the care and dedication of the manager and staff. They always seem to find time to discuss any matter then help to resolve it - best of all, my brother is happy there.

I have been so impressed with the care and support given to my father. They did everything they could to accommodate his wishes. We were encouraged to visit just as we would if it was our own home. The home, although old, and not built as a nursing home, was always clean and not smelling of elderly people. Staff were always caring and friendly.

My mother is in this home, she is 83 years old and has Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia. My mum is not mobile so needs assistance to be put into a chair/wheelchair and her bed etc...
With this in mind, my mother depends on staff for mostly all her needs.
She is well looked after by all staff members, they take the time to give great care to her. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
The home is taken care of to a very high standard.

The activities coordinators are fantastic and get everyone involved.

My mom has been in this home for approximately 2 years. She has been very poorly at times. Nurses and carers have been excellent by showing my mom care, kept her spirits up, kept us well informed of her health and looked after her as well as we would expect. My mom's safe and we don't worry about her as much. We go in most days and have got to know the routine.

The level and quality of care that my brother receives at the home is outstanding. The manager is wonderful as are all the staff who I have met. Since arriving he has gained weight, become more settled and relaxed and engages more with the provision that he had previously. The location and environment are ideally suited to his needs and he engages well with the staff and visiting officials.

The home is providing him with a quality of care that exceeds anything he has experienced previously.

Hi, my name is Brankica,

I’m the Care Manager at The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home. I have been working at the Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home since 2018, after coming to England from Macedonia, where I was working as a nurse in a private polyclinic. I love to care, full of compassion, strength, passion, positivity and courageousness in all my work. I also love to help people and my staff at all times. For example, on my days off, I am always available to be contacted, and I support our carer staff. I have gained different experiences at The Royal Leamington Spa Nursing Home in all areas of care. For example, I not only deliver exceptional care to residents, but I also assist in the training and induction of new staff, so that they can achieve the high care standards required when working for the home.

I have gained the following qualifications since I started work at the Home. These qualifications have helped me to execute my role excellently. These are the Level 4 Advanced People Handling and Risk Assessment Key Trainer’s Certificate, Certificate in Conflict Management (CPD Online College), Certificate in Team Leading Level 2 (CPD Online College), and Certificate in Tracheostomy Care Awareness.

I am always trying to do better and level up in providing care for our residents. I am also one of the Homes' Infection Control Champions. Some of my daily work involves verbal or written supervision with carer staff, support, updating, teaching, training, and advice on residents' activities of daily living. My goal is to see content, positive and happy staff, residents, and families. I believe if all staff are happy, content and proud, our residents will be happier and content as well, including their families. I am happy to see our staff, residents and family happy.

My Motto is: - "SMILE ON THE DAY, AND IT WILL SMILE BACK TO YOU".
