My nan comes in for a weeks respite. She loves every minute. When leaving she cried as she wanted to stay. My nan has gained weight since coming into April Park. The staff and management team are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Mum spent 9 days here for respite care after being in hospital for a few weeks previously. Cannot fault her care. She was well looked after by kind, caring staff. The home itself is very clean and comfortable and well run.

April Park is a lovely home, there are no smells and it is very clean. The home is the best I've been in and I've visited a few. My sister-in-law is very happy and states the food is lovely.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding the staff and the Home, we are very pleased to hear that your mother and father are happy here. We are currently waiting for a minibus driver to start which will be as part of a pilot scheme serving a number of homes in the area.
Although no one wants to be in a care home if you have to be in one this is one of the better ones. The rooms are very nice. Staff are very friendly and look as though they really care about the residents. Meals are very good.

I always feel safe and secure at April Park Care Home. The staff are lovely and we are treated very well. The food is excellent and we can choose an option if we don't want whats on the menu. The managers are very approachable and the overall cleanliness of the home has improved.

The staff were always nice and called me by my name. All were genuine and tried to help, even though they were very busy. Xmas dinner ordinary. All the ladies staying there were friendly and talked. The volunteer was very nice. One lady was made to walk but couldn't and she cried. No trips out which was disappointing. On the whole, not a bad home.
