Overall Experience

Mom is very contented at Burton Closes Hall. She feels safe and enjoys her days here. She's really fond of the staff and is well cared for. It's reassuring to know that Mom is in good hands now she's no longer able to live alone. Thank you to the whole 'Team'.

Review from Ian J (Son of Resident) published on 9 March 2018 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

The care and treatment of my mother is of an extremely high standard. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The support and administration has improved remarkably in the last year. Cleanliness is generally very good but I do wonder whether occasionally the residents' toilet needs attending to more frequently. Too smelly sometimes.
