Towards the end of his life, from the owners, the matron, numerous carers, down to laundry and kitchen staff were second to none, so supportive, caring and understanding.
Not only there for dad, but for mum and myself. They made his last years enjoyable, cared for and loved.
For that, we thank them and give praise where praise is most definitely due.
I visit on average twelve times per week and I have never seen anything that disturbs me. Patients are taken at frequent times
Sadly my aunt was not there very long but throughout her stay, the staff, service and care exceeded my initial impressions. I could not fault anything. I know that because this is an owner run home there is a dedication to care and services. I am still in contact with the home and would recommend it for all the care they offer.
