Absolutely a great place, mum is very happy there and she has lots of issues, particularly Parkinson's and the staff are great with her.

Very friendly atmosphere to visit.

Overall Experience

The last few months has been extremely difficult for myself and my family due to my grandma's health. The staff here are amazing, excellent care provided and has made us all feel a little easier knowing that my grandma is receiving quality care whilst maintaining as much dignity as possible. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot thank the staff here enough as it has given us piece of mind that she is in the best hands. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. The staff that carry out this role, helping and supporting the elderly is extremely hard work and deserve a lot more recognition.

Activities are planned throughout the week by the events organiser which involves residents meetings, themed days and outings, I will certainly be doing my bit in the future volunteering and helping where possible and feel that this is the least I can do to thank the staff of Abbeydale.
