Very friendly staff.
I found the staff very kind and caring, could not fault it. My husband had a very nice room (although I think it was the biggest there). There was a good variety of food cooked.
From my experience, I have found it to be a joy. First class all round, all personnel are great and very helpful. I am happy to reside here.

My husband has dementia and the staff were caring and made you feel welcome. The care home was very clean and did not smell. My husband enjoyed his stay and joined in with activities.

My family and I visited recently with a lot of young children. There was plenty of board games provided which they enjoyed playing in the large bright conservatory while my mother sat with us. It felt like being at home which was great. The staff are always polite and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, patient and treated mum well, however we felt there were insufficient people with similar dementia problems for mum to relate to, than we were first lead to believe, coupled with mum's reluctance to accept that she was in an environment with people of high nursing needs. So it was decided by the family to move mum to a residential home nearer to me, we hope this proves successful, but mum's denial of her dementia will always prove problem-some.

Mother placed as step-sown from hospital. Experience has convinced her long term care is best for her. The level of care provided is excellent. The food was remarkably good and for first time in years she is eating properly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home and its staff to anyone.
