Hinckley Park Care Home

My dad was a resident for 14 months at Hinckley Park and during that time I cannot fault the care he received. The entire staff were warm and friendly towards my dad and the family. He was happy and content and the setting really felt like home. He was always given choices and his dignity was maintained throughout. Hinckley Park was definitely an excellent choice.

In my experience with the home, its facilities and it's staff, I can safely say I have no issues or problems with either. The staff are always helpful and supportive to me and have looked after my auntie with love and professionalism.

The staff were friendly and efficient and very caring, nothing was too much trouble. They treated with respect and care. I cannot praise Hinckley Park Home enough.

Hinckley Park Care Home is a wonderful friendly home that takes great care of their residents. It is a homely place with friendly staff and exceptional care.

I've known the resident for twenty-four years now. She has been at Hinckley Park Care Home for three years. She came here after not being able to stay at her own home. My relative's care at the home has been fantastic - she's made friends and joins in with all creative activities with such encouragement from the activities supervisor. My relative has not been well at this time but the home has an open-door policy. The care to the family is fantastic.

My mum went into Hinckley Park Care Home at the height of Covid and stayed there for just under two years. Although it was hard in the beginning to see her. I knew she was safe and extremely well cared for. All the staff are very professional and treat everybody with respect, kindness and dignity. When mum passed away the support the family received was caring and genuine. Thank you.
