Very pleased with care of relative. Staff very pleasant and welcoming.
Very pleased with the care and support that my relative received. Staff are very pleasant and welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Kept up to date on progress.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They are mindful of residents' needs and do everything they can to support not only the residents but their families as well.
Mum received excellent care for the 12 years she was at the home. The staff showed so many milestones with us. I can't thank them all enough.
The staff on all levels have been so caring. I cannot fault them.
I looked at numerous homes before they moved into Hinckley Park Care Home and I'm so glad that I chose it. Nothing has been too much trouble. I would like to say one member of staff, who is very young, was amazing with my dad during his illness. She has far to go.
Could not have wished better for my dad.
Although Dad was only with you a short time the care given was excellent. The care staff were lovely and Dad enjoyed his time here with you. e
Although Mom was only at Hinckley Park for a short while, we would like to thank all the staff for the care, compassion, professionalism and friendliness they gave and showed towards Mom. Her recent heart attack and stroke(s) were just too much for someone of her age and frailty to withstand, and her passing was inevitable. Even then, the attention given to her and ourselves was most comforting. Thank you all again.
My aunty moved from another care home due to a closure. She was bedridden on arrival at Hinckley Park. During her stay she blossomed, became more alert and interacted with the staff. She moved areas frequently with help and always looked clean and well cared for. I am very comforted that she was here to end her days.
I cannot say how helpful and caring Hinkley Park have been to my mother in law for the last six months of her life. They have gone above and beyond in my opinion and taken away the worry and concern that we were feeling knowing she only had a maximum of six months to live.
Entrusting the care of a beloved member of the family is difficult. However, with the care and support of the staff helped with a traumatic time. The care given to Mum was caring, loving and helped her last months with dignity. Many thanks to all the staff and carers.
For the short time our father was in the home he was cared for with kindness and dignity. Everyone was so friendly and caring and nothing was to much trouble. We cannot thank everyone enough.
Sadly our mum passed away. However, the staff did their utmost to ensure she was comfortable. They also kept us informed of how things were progressing and helped us through the most difficult period. During her stay, she was well cared for and treated with respect and dignity. Although she hoped to return to her home she often commented that she liked the staff, the food and that she'd made some friends.
Very good, friendly.
We are very grateful for the care given to our aunt during a very difficult time. Particular thanks to all of the nurses and care staff.
I would recommend the home. Very friendly the care is excellent. Very clean, very welcoming. I would give it full marks. 10/10
Very caring people who look after my mum with care, compassion and love.
Thank you all.
We are very pleased with how our relative has been cared for. Our relative has made great strides in Hinckley Park and we have seen progress. As short term respite Hinckley Park staff, nurses and management have been very caring.
I have been looked after very well. I am going back home today. The staff were very kind to me.
My husband was looked after very well by the staff who showed kindness to my family.
