Hinckley Park Care Home

All the staff are very compassionate, friendly and understanding. Although my mum was a resident for a short time, she was treated with dignity and kindness. From the first enquiry with one particular lady to the care and nursing staff at the end, you all are a credit to your profession. To the manager, you run a superb team and thank you of everything.

I visited my mother today and all social distancing, masks, etc. were adhered to and most of all the nursing staff are their usual friendly, helpful and experienced selves.

Very well looked after during the pandemic.

My mum was very happy in Hickley Park, and all the staff were fantastic with her. My mum seemed to have three favourites, but it is wrong to single anyone out as the whole team worked hard with passion and care.

I think Hinckley Park Care Home has done a wonderful job during the current pandemic. In very challenging situations, everybody has stepped up to the plate and performed over and above to keep covid19 at bay. Well done to all members of staff for your continuing love and care. Thank you very much.

Feel very happy here. Extremely well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. During the lockdown, everything possible was made to feel safe.

Hickley Park has some brilliant staff who are the backbone of the establishment, and it is the care that they offer that gives the group the edge. Two carers, in particular, go above and beyond every day. They are worth their weight in gold and are real assets. They have been brilliant and extremely helpful, spending those extra few minutes explaining, and towards the end, sitting for hours so that Mum was not alone. Two nurses have been kind, compassionate and have kept us informed every step of the way. This has meant my dad could relax during this Covid period, knowing that although he could not visit, that my mum was getting the right standard of care.

The home and all the staff have been excellent at looking after Mum. Can't thank them enough for making Mum's time happy and at times bearable for her. Would recommend.

The care my mother received has been excellent. She has always been very happy and content which was so important to our family.

Hinckley Park and staff provided Mum with excellent care and support, over the near four years that she resided with them. Considering that she was unable to get out of bed (did not want to be hoisted) she was always content and happy. Her needs were dealt with well, and Hinckley Park became her home.

Hinckley Park Care Home is an excellent care home, and all the staff have been so kind and caring from the office to the cleaners.

My mother was a resident of Hinckley Park Care Home for many years. She was well looked after and very happy here. It is a great comfort that this was her final resting place.

Very welcoming on arrival. Felt very happy knowing my aunt was in good hands and looked after. Staff showed a lot of kindness and she enjoyed the meals.

My mother was a resident at Hinckley Park for nursing care for 18 months, during which time she received wonderful care and support. Mum was bedridden for all that time and never once had a bedsore. She was given a medical bed and had excellent nursing care. Mum's personal care was first-class, and all the staff were sympathetic to her needs. The management and admin staff were first-rate. Thank you for supporting my family too.

I thought it was very clean, a happy and very welcoming place.

My father came in for end of life care and was treated kindly and with dignity. All staff were pleasant and friendly and made me feel welcome. My father only spent two weeks in care but I was happy to know that he was comfortable and cared for.
