Hinckley Park Care Home, overlooking Queen’s Park in Hinckley, Leicestershire, provides personalised residential and nursing care to older people.

The carefully designed and purpose-built care home offers residents a calm yet engaging living space, complete with two sitting rooms, a hairdressing salon and a sunny conservatory. The enclosed garden, which is cared for by residents, is a great spot for catching up with friends and family.

The home and all the staff have been excellent at looking after Mum. Can't thank them enough for making Mum's time happy and at times bearable for her. Would recommend.

Hinckley Park and staff provided Mum with excellent care and support, over the near four years that she resided with them. Considering that she was unable to get out of bed (did not want to be hoisted) she was always content and happy. Her needs were dealt with well, and Hinckley Park became her home.

My mother was a resident at Hinckley Park for nursing care for 18 months, during which time she received wonderful care and support. Mum was bedridden for all that time and never once had a bedsore. She was given a medical bed and had excellent nursing care. Mum's personal care was first-class, and
all the staff were sympathetic to her needs. The management and admin staff were first-rate. Thank you for supporting my family too.

My father came in for end of life care and was treated kindly and with dignity. All staff were pleasant and friendly and made me feel welcome. My father only spent two weeks in care but I was happy to know that he was comfortable and cared for.

I feel my grandad's care was carried out with great dignity. The staff were very supportive to the whole family and let us be as involved as we possibly could with his care. I feel the staff were very friendly and always tried to meet Grandad's needs to the best of their ability. We can't thank you

All the carers, nurses and staff were fantastic, they work so hard and nothing was too much trouble. They made my father-in-law's last 10 weeks of his life a happy and calm time. They also looked after and cared for the whole family, and as we were there most of the time the staff all became good friends
as well. I would just like to thank everyone so much.

My dad was in the home for a total of 10 weeks, in that time I could not fault the care from all the nurses and carers to my Dad and my family. The nurse who was with my dad and us when he passed I cannot thank and praise enough she made the hardest time in our lives bearable and calm. My only concern
would be the home uses a lot of agency staff who are not fully aware of each resident's needs.
