The food was always varied and plentiful.
The carers and nurses were kind and patient, especially on Mum's passing.
Everyone is really caring and I couldn't speak more highly of all the carers and staff.
We are very happy with the care he gets here.
I visit every 2 weeks, the home is always spotless, staff are helpful and courteous, nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend the home to anyone.
I think my wife's care is very good and the carers are all exceptional and very helpful whenever I want anything they are there. No problems at all.
Lovely staff very caring and supportive. My mum just needed more social interactions which unfortunately wasn't available especially in the evenings. Can highly recommend the home as a whole especially the staff.
In the 24 months that my mother was a resident of Hinckley Park she was constantly cared for by patient and friendly nurses and her ongoing needs were looked after by the Manager and staff. I was always kept informed of any developments with my Mum.
Overall view, very good and caring.
I visited my friend in Hinckley Park recently and was very impressed with the care and attention of the staff. It was so homely and I was overwhelmed with the way everybody seemed so cheerful. The manager came into the lounge and ensured everybody was happy. A lovely care home.
Impressed with every aspect of the home. I hope that if I ever need this kind of care, there will be a vacancy for me here. Lovely friendly staff - excellent service.
The staff gave my mum a lot of attention and likewise, they were very kind and the care was excellent.
Very well organised, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed themselves and joined in.
Great fun, had a good laugh, singing, dancing, good fun was had by all. Everyone had a smile on their face.
We enjoyed a trip to a place near Northampton to see two reindeer to see them eating reindeer moss. Children from the local school were there - we had great fun.
The Goldilocks pantomime on 23rd December was a 100% success on behalf of the three participants. My main comment was to appreciate the effort that was put in by Hinckley Park staff in assembling a large audience of residents, which added to the overall atmosphere. 100% spot on all around.
Excellent.
Everyone at the home were so kind and thoughtful.
Excellent caring from all concerned. What a comfortable clean home.
My aunt was only resident for a short period but staff were responsive to her needs especially in her final hours for which we are very grateful.
My father's end of life care meant that his great life came to a comfortable and dignified end. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.
