Facilities very good.
As visitors we were spoken to with utmost respect, nothing was too much trouble, information was given willingly.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Hinckley Park to friends or relatives. Well done.
Grandma has been made to feel very welcome in her new home.
Her room is lovely and clean and the furniture is of great quality.
The staff have all treated her with care and dignity, making the time to find out about her life before moving into her new home.
The staff always gave her the care she needed but on top of that they made her feel part of the care home community and gave her the kindness and affection she craved. I was very impressed with the care my mother in law received throughout her stay.
Staff really helpful. Want to know when next one is.
I find the home is very good and homely. The food is good and we are very happy with the staff.
My mother was transferred to Hinckley Park from hospital. She had a terminal illness. During her stay at Hinckley Park, she was treated with dignity and friendliness. While she was able, she enjoyed the activities. The nurses and care workers were always there for her and nothing was too much trouble. I was continually kept up to date with my mother's condition and on her passing, I was treated with the greatest compassion.
Facilities are great - nice rooms and garden. The atmosphere is relaxed.
He was also kept very clean (he was fond of his showers) and well attended to and his room was very nice and though small, was quite adequate for his needs.
The family were also made welcome and if I stayed for some time I was offered a dinner and as many cups of tea as I needed so I did not feel in the way at any time.
When my husband died, the staff were very kind and did all they could to help him have a peaceful death for which I am extremely grateful.
I would have no difficulty in recommending this care home to others in the same situation.
Once again thank you all very much.
My mother was looked after very well and all her needs were taken care of at all times by the lovely staff who cannot do enough for all their residents. They would do special food for her to encourage her to eat and always kept us informed of her problems at all times. Our thanks go to all the staff and doctors for their help and support at this sad time.
His end of life was treated with care, dignity and the staff were very compassionate.
I can't thank them enough.
I would recommend this home to anyone. My nana felt very safe and received the very best of care there. A lovely home.
I would like to thank the management and staff for all the wonderful care they provided for my mum while she lived at Hinckley Park. All the services provided were excellent, everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional in all they did, everywhere was furnished lovely and spotlessly clean and kept to the highest standard.
My mum felt very safe and was always treated with dignity, she celebrated her 81st birthday there in January, many of the staff came to join in along with her family and friends to sing Happy Birthday, making her day so special.Thank you once again, I would definitely recommend the home.
I recently visited my best friend's mother who was receiving end of life care. I was overwhelmed by the kindness and dignity shown to this lady by every single member of staff I came into contact with. I was impressed with how staff, despite their obvious busy workload, took the time to talk to me about her health. It is lovely to walk into a care home and it actually felt like being at home. Everyone is friendly and there always seemed to be a large number of residents in the lounge, often taking part in a variety of activities. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone, I loved it.
The home is kept very clean and is now well decorated in public areas. Food is usually good and plentiful. Mum is kept clean and her clothes well laundered. Most staff are very pleasant and caring and seem to have a good relationship with mum. Mum is virtually unable to move herself and I have expressed the concern that her position is not altered often enough. Generally speaking, I have no concerns that mum is being well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We really value the feedback provided by those who use our services. HC-One aims to deliver the kindest possible care to all Residents, and we know how important it is to provide continuity of care with friendly and familiar staff members to...
I visit my friend Cynthia at Hinckley Park Care Home as often as I can. The staff are very friendly but professional. The home always smells fresh and looks very clean. On several occasions, I have witnessed marvellous activities and entertainment which Cynthia really enjoys. Her favourite is the music with the lovely bubbly lady that dances with jiggly bells. The manager is always seen around and is very approachable. I would recommend this marvellous home to anyone.
The home is comfortable and clean. It feels like being at home. The food is reasonable, The staff are very polite and respectful. There's always someone to talk to and my room is very nice.
Excellent staff, care, food. They have been looking after my dad wonderfully well. I can't thank Hinkley Park enough.
My husband is very happy here.
The carers are great. My family love him being here. He is safe.
I visited my Great Aunt as I hadn't seen her for over a year and was pleasantly surprised at how well she looked. The staff were busy but had time to chat to me and tell me what she had been doing and how much she enjoys the armchair Zumba which is held at the home. The home is clean and there are no bad smells. The atmosphere is calm. Everyone greeted me with a smile. The food that was being served was all freshly prepared. I would highly recommend this home to others. My Aunt said she is happy to live there and feels like part of the family.
