My mother has been a resident in St Andrews since August 2018 she is 101. All the staff I have met have been very friendly and treat the residents with warmth, care and respect. The home is clean and well maintained. The food is of very good quality. It gives me great piece of mind knowing my mum is being cared for in this home by such wonderful staff.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review and your comments, we are thrilled with your feedback and know the rest of the staff team will be too! I will make sure to pass your comments on. Thanks again.
My mum moved into St Andrews just before Christmas as she was no longer safe in her own home or able to care for herself. Whilst the last couple of months have been difficult for Mum, the care that both Mum and I have received at St. Andrews has been excellent. All staff, whatever their role, have been kind and helpful. Mum is eating well and looks more like her 'old' self. I feel that any requests I have made have been dealt with and am confident that Mum is safe.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your lovely feedback. I will pass it onto the rest of the team.
My mother has been in St Andrew's since approx 2002 and they have always looked after her superbly.

She is unable to mover herself, is deaf and has dementia. She is treated with dignity and genuine affection by most of the staff.

My wife was admitted to St Andrew's Nursing & Care Home in April 2018 with early onset dementia. Since then she has been very well looked after by all the staff, who have provided her with the care and attention she has required. A very pleasant nursing home, the staff are always pleasant and welcoming when we visit her and she feels “at home” in these surroundings. The home is maintained to a very high standard, clean and a pleasure to visit. Recently (2018) a patio area with a secure gate was opened so residents could sit outside if they wished to, which was a nice addition to the home. Our dogs are regular visitors and the residents really enjoy their visits. Overall a very nice welcoming nursing home.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our care home and for your lovely comments. Our team of staff passionately believe that our residents should receive the highest standard of care and consideration and work hard to achieve that, whilst maintaining the personal touch. I will pass on your feedback to the rest of our team.
Since the admission of my mother during October 2018, both myself and our family have admired the excellent care she has received.

Excellent overall care of my Stepfather, he seems very settled and the care staff take care of him very well. St Andrews when I visit is always bustling and the atmosphere is a happy and friendly one.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We believe all our residents should receive the highest standard of care at all times and really appreciate your comments.
From her admission in March, my wife has settled very well with the valuable assistance from all the really pleasant staff. Is constantly "homesick" which clearly isn't realistic at present but the staff are well aware and encouraging her with understanding. Difficult to expect to find as friendly and helpful care home anywhere else!
