My sister is on end of life care, I am able to stay and sleep every night. All the staff are excellant in everything they have to do in respect of caring for people. The home and surroundings are second to none. This is a home I would gladly live at.

This is an excellent care home, at this stage in my mothers life her health condition was quite acute, the management assured our family that the nursing staff could manage her situation, All the nursing staff and carers were very good, caring and supportive of mum and all of the family.
The facilities and food and drink were brilliant, unfortunately Mum's condition did not allow her to taste the full range of the food. We were treated with care and dignity when Mum's condition worsened up to her death.

Everywhere easily accessible, doors a good width for wheelchair. Electric beds a bonus to elevate leg.

Grosvenor House Care Home provided exceptional care for mum and we are deeply grateful for everything the team did for her. The staff both caring and nursing are outstanding. They combine professionalism with genuine kindness, always treating residents with dignity, patience and warmth. The home offers a wide range of activities and the visiting pianist was a particular highlight for mum. The lovely gardens and coffee area are beautifully kept and offer a peaceful space for residents and family. Mum's palliative care was handled brilliantly by the team, in her final hours she was treated with absolute respect and compassion, it was clear she received the best possible care. Thank you Grosvenor House.

Our father was only at Grosvenor House for around 10 weeks but the care could not have been better. From the moment he arrived we were treated with kindness and consideration. Nothing was ever too much trouble. In his last 24 hours of life both myself and siblings were with him, we were cared for as if we were members of the family. My father died peacefully.

I have absolutely loved getting to know our residents and hearing them tell me stories from when they were younger, some of them even involving my own family members!
A lot of you may know me (or my voice) from our much-loved video calls, but haven’t met me in person yet!
My role at Grosvenor House is well-being, Engagement and Communication. This means that my focus is to help bridge the gap between us and you with the use of our video calls and social media pages and to work closely with our residents and our team to create impactful opportunities to promote their well-being.
I am looking forward to meeting you all properly when the opportunity arises and getting to know you all!
We are currently working on some exciting things at Grosvenor House, so keep your eyes peeled on our social media page to see what we are up to!

It was such a rewarding experience helping residents stay connected with their loved ones during a difficult time, and it inspired me to progress further in care.
