My mother has had two stays here in the last 6 months and she speaks so highly of her care - comparing it to staying in a 5-star hotel! The staff are friendly and attentive - nothing is too much trouble and she absolutely loves the food. My siblings and I have had regular contact with the staff and it is evident that they care for and get to know their residents well. Well done to everyone who works there, you do a terrific job and it is truly appreciated.

Overall Experience
Under very difficult circumstances I had to find a care home for my mum. From the first time I set foot in the home, I was made to feel welcome. Mum was only in Martin Hall for a few months but she was well looked after and although she was anxious and scared at times, she was helped by the lovely staff and I started to see her more settled with each visit.
The staff at Martin Hall are very friendly and available to talk to, either in person or by phone. I was always given an accurate account of how mum was doing.
Mum has now left Martin Hall as we have moved her closer to her family in Essex.

Thank you, Martin Hall, for being there for Mum and just as importantly being there for me.

My father needed full-time care and I was a little sceptical about Martin Hall as I had heard some not so glowing reports from a couple of years back. I decided to visit unannounced to inspect as it's close to my Metheringham home.
I was welcomed in and shown around. The home I am informed is under new ownership and management and the staff and manager all were very professional. My father saw out his last couple of months here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin Hall to anyone.

Thank you so much.

My brother was admitted after having a fall at home. He gets on very well with all the staff. They always make me feel welcome when I visit.
I haven't seen my brother look so good in a long time.

I would highly recommend this happy, friendly nursing home. If I needed care, I would be happy to stay here.
