My father has been in Elmwood for just over 3 years now and have found it to be one of the better care homes in the Boston area.
I have, over recent years visited other relatives in surrounding areas to which by far, Elmwood house excels itself in all areas.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking
to seek a clean, modern, caring home in a happy environment.

Elmwood House provides outstanding care. It is a very friendly and caring family orientated care home which provides excellent entertainment from craft workshops, gardening clubs, seated exercise classes, sing-a-long sessions plus musicians/singers performing live to the residents. This is such a special
place to be and each resident feels very special on their birthday as the chef bakes a homemade cake and banners and balloon set the scene, how nice is that. There is something for everyone including the residents family to enjoy. The staff are all amazing and highly trained in what they do.nothing is too much trouble. The residents regularly go outside and are taken round the gorgeous grounds, including the fishpond. The flowerbeds are beautiful and if you are lucky you will see the odd squirrel or duck. My mum is well looked after and you can see that in her smile. She always looks, clean and tidy. I wouldn't want mum anywhere else. Thank you team Elmwood for everything you do.

Elmwood House Care home is a lovely care home that puts the residents first. It is certainly a home from home.
The staff are all very friendly and care for each resident on an individual basis, getting to know their likes and dislikes.
As a relative the staff are very friendly towards us and are
always willing to listen to any concerns and will act on our concerns straight away.
The nurses are very proactive and conscientious which is really reassuring. They know each resident which I feel is very important to understand their health needs.
The manager will always make herself available discuss any concerns and respond positively.
It gives us peace of mind knowing my mother-in-law being so well looked after.

Mum not yet moved in but will be shortly. On our two visits all staff, including maintenance teams have been friendly, polite , reassuring and helpful.
They have reassured me, as well as mum, that she will be well looked after and cared for.
There was a good feeling to the place as soon as we walked
in.
I feel.happy knowing that once mum has moved in I won't have to worry about ringing her, getting no answer and wondering what has gone wrong

Elmwood House is truly one of a kind. Although my grandmother's stay was sadly brief, the care she received was nothing short of exceptional. My mum and I were always met with warm, happy faces and tight hugs that never failed to make us feel at ease. The home radiated happiness and love, which was
exactly what grandma needed after her long and difficult journey. Despite her weakness, the staff managed to bring an everlasting smile to her face, for which we are forever grateful.
It was a privilege to get to know the staff, and we cannot recommend Elmwood House highly enough. Their kindness towards my grandmother has touched us. It truly is a remarkable place that I would wholeheartedly recommend time and time again!! Thank you so so much!

Mum lived at Elmwood House for over 6 years, in that time she was well looked after and very happy. The staff were amazing as mum had very complex needs. She was always treated with utmost respect and love, always looked clean and tidy and wanted for nothing. I would totally recommend Elmwood to anyone

My Nan moved here aged 97 and stayed here until she died recently at 102 years old. She was so well cared for, and loved in this home - it was the absolute best thing we did for her. All the staff without exception were kind, gentle, funny and loving. Nan had so many hugs and kisses on her birthdays
(particularly her 100th). When she had her funeral, we drove the funeral hearse passed the home on the way to the crematorium, and lots of the staff and some residents, were stood outside the gates, waving and then clapping us passed. All of them were in tears. Nan was not only well fed, entertained, kept clean and well in Elmwood - she truly was loved as well.

Every member of staff acknowledges each visitor
Likewise everyone speaks to each resident as they enter or walk through any of the communal areas
The Home itself is bright and cheerful and very clean .
The residents all look well cared for and their clothing is immaculate

I'm very happy with the care my Dad receives at Elmwood House. All his needs are being met by the caring staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and there is a lovely atmosphere within the home. There are plenty of well being activities for the residents to take part in, although my Dad's condition
limits his participation in some of these. There are also regular social get togethers for residents, staff and relatives, often with entertainment, which are enjoyed by everyone.

My mother-in-law was only at Elmwood House for a brief time before passing away. However, it was long enough for us to acknowledge how wonderful and caring every member of staff was to her and us as a family. The newly renovated home is cosy and comfortable and every aspect of the facilities encourages
a home-from-home atmosphere. We cannot praise the staff enough for the care and respect along with hug hugs for us at the end. Many thanks to the family at Elmwood.

My dad is very happy here and has lots of encouragement from the staff, he really enjoys the activities and singalongs. His room is a little small and not much room to put the things he wants around him. The staff are brilliant, very helpful in sorting things out as he has a bad condition and as I work
full time (previously his full-time carer) it's a huge relief knowing he will always be looked after if I am on holiday or a night out.

As a family, we were very happy with the care my grandad received. He said to us, on many occasions, how nice everyone was. We know he felt safe and cared for. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The home felt very clean, inviting and warm and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We always

As a Registered Nurse, Liliana has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.


Liliana closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Liliana remarked:


“I love being able to make decisions that help our residents, and I also like being here for my colleagues when they need me.


I like to work with people, for people. My biggest sense of achievement at work is when people feel they can trust me.”


Outside of work, Liliana enjoys traveling, especially meeting new people and learning about different cultures, customs and traditions. She also likes listening to music.
