My dad was only in the home for a few days but he was well cared for. Everyone was so nice and kind, especially the new manager. My dad was treated with dignity, and kindness and his needs were met from admission to the time he passed.

My husband has been at the nursing home for seven weeks and in that time he has been shown nothing but kindness and dignity. Everybody has been wonderful to him. Also, everybody has been wonderful to me too.

My father was admitted to this came home just over 2 years ago, after visiting many care homes this one was the best for our father. Since my father has been here he has been well looked after, the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. In the future, I would be happy to

My mother-in-law came in for respite after a new hip. The care she received in the two weeks she stayed here was second to none. The food was good, the carers really did care and the home was very comfortable. She came home in good health without the need for home care. My mum-in-law is 92 and had gone
she gone home directly from hospital it could easily have been a different story.

I visited the home on Saturday and was impressed with the building work going on. I usually visit my friend once a month and I have seen lots of changes in the decor. I was particularly impressed with the activities programme and my friend was telling me she had been to the market shopping and she had
also been gardening. Lots of things going on. It's a much-improved home.

My father has been a resident for nearly a month and the care he has received has been wonderful. All of the staff are professional and friendly. When medication is requested it is given in a short period of time.
All of my questions have been answered by the nurses.
Once the renovations are complete,

What does ‘kind care’ mean to you?


“To bring a smile to the face of each resident I speak with, and to make sure each resident is comfortable, pain free and happy.”


As a Registered Nurse, Liliana has gained a wealth of experience in providing care and nursing support to elderly people, to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for residents.


Liliana closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Liliana remarked:


“I love being able to make decisions that help our residents, and I also like being here for my colleagues when they need me.


I like to work with people, for people. My biggest sense of achievement at work is when people feel they can trust me.”


Outside of work, Liliana enjoys traveling, especially meeting new people and learning about different cultures, customs and traditions. She also likes listening to music.
