Open Visiting: Daily from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM
No booking is required for general visits.
If a resident is unwell, receiving end-of-life care, or under infection control measures, please call ahead so the team can support your visit safely.

Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance – please use it on arrival and departure.
Visitors are asked not to attend if they are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of infection (e.g. cold, flu, diarrhoea).

Visits can take place in residents’ rooms, communal lounges, or the garden (weather permitting).
The team encourage meaningful interaction – bringing photos, music, or small treats is welcome!
🧒 Children and Pets
Children are very welcome under adult supervision.
Well-behaved pets may visit by prior arrangement with management.

Please sign in and out at reception on arrival and departure.
The front door is monitored for safety; a member of staff will assist with entry and exit.

Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We apologise you feel communication from the home was an issue. The Home Manager is available daily by email or phone to discuss any concerns you might have. Our housekeeping team have informed us there are two residents with the same initials, and an offer of laundry ID buttons was made to try to resolve this issue. We aim to provide enjoyable, nutritious meals for all our residents, and I am pleased to say their feedback has been positive. Please be assured resident weights are monitored either weekly or monthly as needed.

Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our home where required. The Home Manager has liaised with you regarding your concerns around some housekeeping issues. This has been followed up in the daily and handover meetings and all staff have been advised that this gentleman’s laundry basket must be emptied throughout the day. The Home and Deputy Manager and the Nursing Assistants will be monitoring this to ensure compliance. We are very sorry you have had cause for concern – the health, happiness and wellbeing of all our Residents is of paramount importance to us.
