The staff are unresponsive to needs and happier to let residents soil themselves instead of helping them. They complain when they're requested to help. The staff don't seem to care and residents wait far too long when they've requested pain relief for the injuries sustained whilst in the 'care' of this facility. I wouldn't wish for anyone to become a resident here.

The care he has received during his time at Glenmoor has been second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, especially one lady who knows her residents inside out, all the 'entertainment' ladies as Dad called them, all the nursing staff as a whole and the two ladies on Reception. We have always been made to feel very welcome as a family and have taken over the lounge on a few occasions! With her infectious personality and boundless energy, Eda is always coming up with ways to brighten our residents’ days. Whether she’s organising activities, joining in the fun or simply sharing a smile, she brings so much warmth to everything she does.

Tessa has been part of the Glenmoor family since 2002, bringing over two decades of kindness, experience and dedication to everything she does.
Tessa has a wonderfully kind nature and is always ready to put herself out there, never afraid to challenge herself and try something new. Whether it’s dancing, singing or simply spending time making our residents smile, Tessa brings energy and warmth to Glenmoor.
One of Tessa’s greatest strengths is her ability to adapt to different residents and different circumstances, always taking the time to understand what makes each person happy and ensuring everyone feels included, valued and cared for.
After all these years, Tessa continues to be a much-loved and valued member of our Glenmoor family.

Kev joined the Glenmoor House family in 2023 and is a much-valued member of our team.
Kev is always busy keeping things running smoothly around the home, and if there’s a job that needs doing, you can be sure Kev will be there to help.
But there’s one thing Kev enjoys almost as much as fixing things… having a good chat! Whether he’s catching up with residents, chatting with colleagues or simply sharing a laugh, Kev brings a friendly and familiar presence to Glenmoor.
