Always tailoring care to Mum's specific needs, particularly so in the last year and weeks as those needs have made care increasingly challenging for the staff. All of Mum's physical and psychological needs have been addressed proactively, including consultation with their NHS colleagues. I could not have asked for more from the staff, for whom I have huge respect. The staff also provide a very welcoming and relaxed environment. For visitors, they keep them updated regarding their resident in care.

Meet Tessa – Our Wellbeing Team
Tessa has been part of the Glenmoor family since 2002, bringing over two decades of kindness, experience and dedication to everything she does.
Tessa has a wonderfully kind nature and is always ready to put herself out there, never afraid to challenge herself and try something new. Whether it’s dancing, singing or simply spending time making our residents smile, Tessa brings energy and warmth to Glenmoor.
One of Tessa’s greatest strengths is her ability to adapt to different residents and different circumstances, always taking the time to understand what makes each person happy and ensuring everyone feels included, valued and cared for.
After all these years, Tessa continues to be a much-loved and valued member of our Glenmoor family.

Kev is always busy keeping things running smoothly around the home, and if there’s a job that needs doing, you can be sure Kev will be there to help.
But there’s one thing Kev enjoys almost as much as fixing things… having a good chat! Whether he’s catching up with residents, chatting with colleagues or simply sharing a laugh, Kev brings a friendly and familiar presence to Glenmoor.
