Sam joined Glenmoor House in 2025 and leads our team as Home Manager. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and brings with her an incredible 30+ years of experience in care.

Sam started her career at just 16 years old and, apart from career breaks to have her children, has dedicated over three decades to caring for others. Throughout her career, she has worked across hospitals, residential care homes and nursing homes, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.

For Sam, care is about so much more than a job. It’s about people, relationships, supporting families and making a genuine difference to the lives of those we care for. Read less

Meet Jibin – Our Deputy Manager

We’d love to introduce you to Jibin, our wonderful Deputy Manager here at Glenmoor House.

Jibin joined the Glenmoor family in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of clinical experience as a Band 8 nurse. His extensive knowledge, experience and dedication to high-quality care are a real asset to our residents and our team.

Jibin combines his clinical expertise with a warm, caring approach, always putting the wellbeing, dignity and individual needs of our residents at the heart of everything he does.

He is also a valued source of support for our staff, sharing his knowledge and experience while helping the team to provide the very best care.

Meet Caroline – One of Our Wonderful Nurses

Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline, one of our much-loved nurses here at Glenmoor House.

Caroline joined Glenmoor way back in 2001, which means she is celebrating an incredible 25 years with us!

With an impressive wealth of experience and knowledge, Caroline is always on the go. In fact, “sit still” isn’t really in Caroline’s vocabulary! She is constantly busy, caring for our residents, supporting her colleagues and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Tracey joined our Glenmoor family in 2023 and brings with her an impressive 15 years of experience in health and social care. She holds both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, giving her a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with both our residents and colleagues.

Keira joined the Glenmoor House family this year as a carer and has already become a valued and much-loved member of our team.

Keira is known for her gentle nature, kind heart and beautiful smile. She has the softest voice and a calm, caring way about her that helps our residents feel comfortable, listened to and cared for.

Although Keira is still relatively new to Glenmoor House, she has quickly built lovely relationships with our residents and colleagues. She brings kindness and compassion to everything she does and always treats the people we support with patience, dignity and respect.

Kim joined our Glenmoor House family in 2026, working as a Care Assistant and Bank Senior Care Assistant.

With her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and her wealth of experience, Kim brings a wonderful sense of calm and reassurance to our home. She is someone who approaches every situation with patience, kindness and confidence, helping our residents to feel safe, comfortable and truly cared for.

Kim’s calm nature is a real strength, and she understands that sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference — a friendly smile, a listening ear, a reassuring word, or simply taking the time to be there.

Donna is a much-loved member of our reception team and has been part of the Glenmoor House family for an amazing 7 years.
