Resident since June 2015, since living alone and finding it difficult to settle in community living. Staff are excellent. I have no complaints only of my own making.
The staff are caring, know the residents and speak to them as if they are old friends.
Particularly the beds are really comfortable, it makes a difference - the home could have chosen cheaper beds, their care shows that they go for the best when they can.
The beds are electric and they use pressure toppers that can vibrate regularly so the residents don't get bed sores and remain comfortable.
The sheets and duvets are always clean and smell fresh.
We've never experienced stale or old bedding.
Well done to a great caring team.
You deserve praise, you are good people.
The staff are most helpful to ourselves as a family by keeping us informed about what is happening with my father. The care that my father is receiving from the staff is second to none, he is very well looked after in all respects. The food that is on offer to all the residents is of the highest standards. My father seems very happy with the care and facilities that they offer.
