Our relative is very happy with the care given. Food is good. The staff are caring and helpful. As a visitor I appreciate the staff for being very friendly - they always come in and chat to us. Excellent choices on the menu, with good alternatives (e.g. If a person can't chew) and a lovely atmosphere whenever I visit - calm, friendly and lots of smiles. Our aunt has settled in and likes being here very much. I always feel welcome to join in the many interesting activities when I visit. A lovely room surrounded by her photos and possessions - Aunty loves it.

The care that my father is receiving from the staff is second to none, he is very well looked after in all respects. The food that is on offer to all the residents is of the highest standards. My father seems very happy with the care and facilities that they offer.
