One improvement recommendation would be the installation of odour defences in the corridor and public areas.

The last 6 months of mothers life was spent happily and contented in this care home. The staff were caring and respectful towards her needs. My only criticism was the cleanliness of the wheelchairs.

My wife spent the last 3 weeks of her life at Balmore and the staff were excellent. The care that she received on her last night and the help that was given to her family was of the highest order. Nothing was too much trouble.
