My first impressions of Balmore Country House were excellent. Colourful and stimulating decoration and pleasant smelling on entering, no smell of urine. The staff are all very friendly and attentive to the residents' needs. As my godmother declined in health the care and attention increased accordingly and during her final weeks there, the care provided to her could not be faulted. The staff not only looked after my godmother but looked after us as family too, especially in the last few weeks and they were very supportive when she passed away and explained what would happen. It is clear the staff enjoy looking after the residents and it is more than just a job, they really care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Balmore Country House to family and friends.
