The activities they organise are suited to the residents, and the food is of a very high standard. Thank you to all of you.

My husband was welcomed from the first day. It was not easy for him or the staff. In the following weeks, he has settled in very well thanks to the huge support from all the staff. The personal interests of the residents are considered and catered for. The activities provided are excellent and all residents are invited to participate. Special mention must be given to the website. So good to be able to follow activities, for regular visitors as well, as those unable to visit. Also good for residents as having the camera in front of them, makes them feel special. It is not just the residents who are made to feel special. Visitors are always greeted or welcomed and offered refreshment. Thank you Church Farm.

I am so impressed with the care and activities that Church Farm Nursing Home do with and for their residents. They are so well thought out to give immediate enjoyment but also to tap into memories. The staff are also so kind and considerate and patient. Thank you so much.

All the staff are very caring to the residents whatever their particular needs are, always helpful to family members of residents when visiting, such a happy environment for our loved ones... it's always a pleasure to visit and be welcomed by everyone.

Mum settled quickly into the community at Church Farm Care Home and I've felt very welcome on every occasion that I've visited. Although her room was very small initially, she now has an en suite toilet and a bit more space, which is great. Staff really seem to care and to put a lot of effort into creating activities and events for residents. Communication with family is good and I really appreciate news via the closed social media group as I don't manage to see Mum as much as I'd like because of distances involved. The food is excellent and Mum's room and the public areas all seem clean and fresh. Mum has had a couple of falls and incidents with other residents but safeguarding all seems to be in place and it's reassuring to know that expert advice, care and medical support is available whenever needed. Thank you to everyone on the team.

I talk to my mum whilst on holiday by tablet, the staff set this up after I’ve called the home. I can’t thank them enough, as I’m able to see and talk to my mum. If she’s struggling, they help her understand what’s been said.

The bedrooms are becoming a bit tired, but I understand that there are plans to extend and refurbish the home. I like that the residents are able to wander inside the home and outside in the gardens as they wish so they do not feel trapped but they are still safe within the home.

Extremely satisfied with the quality of care given to residents and visitors. The care home is a very friendly environment where management staff carers and residents are made to feel welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Church Farm Cotgrave.

Whilst I realise how busy and understaffed the home is at times it would be nice to have more activities for the residents. As everyone knows music is so important to people suffering from dementia/Alzheimer’s so I would encourage this more.

Grandma has been in Church Farm for eighteen months now. Staff are friendly and caring towards both residents and visitors. Food always looks fresh, with varied choices each day. Would recommend this home to anyone.

The staff were always friendly and kind to my sister and her family when we visited. Some became like friends. My sister had eating difficulties and the staff tried very hard to make it easier for her. Her room was very light and with a view of the church. It had its own toilet.

I have nothing but respect for the care and kindness that is provided at Cotgrave Church Farm Nursing Home. It is utterly heartening that there is such a professional but homely environment created by the team and great entertainment too!

We are so happy we found this home after trying several others Church Farm Nursing Home is the one that didn't give up on my mother-in-law and has provided her with care and support and provided us with peace of mind. Thank you for all you do.

My mum has been at Church Farm in Cotgrave since Sept 2016 and during the past seven years, she has received a level of care which goes beyond nursing. Seeing first-hand the love, attention and devotion my mum receives on a daily basis, makes it just about bearable from a family member's perspective. As my mum was a nurse/midwife herself, in order for her to thrive she needs to connect with people and the staff at Church Farm have been marvellous with Mum. I know for a fact that she would have withered and died without human physical touch and love and the team have given her this in abundance. Even though Mum has lost most of her faculties, her core essence requires an unconditional love and I see this freely given by individuals. This level of personal care cannot be taught or demanded and my mum would have seen through any "fakers", so for this, I will be eternally grateful. Thank you.

LFTs were not always checked, both myself and brother witnessed this. Mum caught Covid. When I had a meal at the home it was stone cold. My mum was not eating.

The food is all homemade and baked. The portions are generous. Thanks to the team food is still a great pleasure to Dad

The food is all home-cooked and delicious, everyone’s needs and dietary requirements are catered for with no corners cut.

All of the staff at Church Farm are amazing, they have welcomed Dad into his new home and have gone out of their way to settle him in. The home manager has been exceptional, from our initial visit onwards. He has supported us throughout the transition as much as he has supported Dad. Many places claim to be "one big family" but at Church Farm, we can honestly say that they treat everyone as family. The care, respect and friendship shown to residents as well as their family is truly fantastic and very much appreciated.
