Overall Experience

My Aunt has been a resident of this Care Home for several years now. We as a family have always had the highest praise for the Staff at this home, though the surroundings have been somewhat neglected in recent years, I guess due to the lack of funds?

Since the home has been taken over and is now part of the Church Farm Group, the standards have been raised regarding areas that were always slightly lacking. The residents' rooms are kept clean and fresh, the decor is bright and welcoming, communication with family has improved and the numbers of staff seem to have increased.

The first stage of renovation is near completion, and my Mother and I were lucky enough to be given an informal tour of the new wing. WOW! It has the air of a luxury hotel. Spacious rooms with light pouring through the large windows which take advantage of the beautiful views.

I and my family would happily recommend this Care Home ..... :)

Excellent service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Friendly one to one care, providing everything a dying person who couldn't do anything for herself needed. If a visitor needed a drink, it was provided free of charge, without question. Highly recommended, by friends and family alike, without question.

Overall Experience

My mother is very happy living at Eton Park. Giving up her independence has not been easy for her, but she very much enjoys the programme of activities which is provided for the residents. During my visits, I have been particularly impressed with the air of tranquillity and sense of calm within the care home. I find the care staff to be very professional, caring, patient and dedicated to those in their care. Everyone, including the cleaners, kitchen staff, laundry staff, handy man are very friendly and approachable and they create a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
