Nottingham Brain Injury and Neurological Care Centre Reviews (1)
Over all time Nottingham Brain Injury and Neurological Care Centre has 1 review.
I would not recommend this home to anybody. They have no time for the residents or visitors. It smells of urine, beds are never made, residents are unkempt, ie. sitting in the lounge with toothpaste everywhere. Towels are tatty, rooms are not clean to the standard they should be.
Thank you for your review, however, it is disappointing you feel this way. Our team have worked especially hard throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to protect vulnerable patients. As a result of the pandemic, we have been unable to receive visitors since 15th March this year....
