I have to commend the staff and management. Everyone involved with the care of my mum, are switched on, engaged, empathetic and passionate. They truly care for her and are very supportive of the family.
The home is spotlessly clean, and the food is well balanced and cooked on site.
There is a laundry in situ ran by a team. Mum's clothes are clean and fresh and that gives incredible peace of mind.
Mum is in the best place possible and we are incredibly blessed to have this all on our doorstep.

Joanne started at Red Roofs Care Home, Newark in 2011 as a carer. Since then, her dedication and passion have seen her continually take on more responsibility becoming Deputy Manager at Red Roofs in 2016 and she has now moved to become the Home Manager at Red Rose Care Community in Farndon.

I have worked in social care since age 16, gaining experience across various settings, including domiciliary care, hospital environments, and residential care. Over the years, I have progressed from Care Assistant to Deputy Manager, including being a Manager at a dementia care home and a Manager for supported living complexes. Through these experiences, I have developed strong leadership skills and a profound understanding of person-centred care along the way.
