Very disappointed in this care home. After seeing the online reviews I placed my parents in this home for 2 weeks respite. On arrival, everything seemed good, friendly staff, lovely manager etc, lots of reassurance and promises of how great it will be for my parents. It turned out to be the opposite - within the week I had removed my parents from this home and relocated them to a lovely place nearer me. Let's just say since moving them they have flourished. In my opinion, this home does not demonstrate what the reviews suggest - unfortunately, I am unable to go into detail due to their Review Policy.

I am highly delighted that I chose this home for my Mum, It is clean, her bedroom and bedding/bathroom is always spotless and she is kept very comfortable, safe and secure. I have attended unannounced on many occasions and I have always found the cleanliness to be constant. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I have seen first hand how well the residents are treated with respect and dignity.
