Thank you for taking the time to review Wren Hall. I am pleased to read that our whole team is very caring, nothing is too much trouble and that your Mum has developed some lovely relationships. We are aware that your Mum likes to be useful and she has been pairing socks, washing dishes and dusting. Daily your Mum engages is group activities such as quizzes, crosswords and exercises/ball games. We note your Mum's experience in flower arranging and will continue to support this. When not engaged in activities, your Mum chooses to sit in a specific area where there is only one other person in close proximity to chat to. We will discuss this with your Mum and make appropriate changes with her approval. Thanks again.
