I can not actually find words to describe the love, care & support that the Meadow Bank family has shown my Mum & my family. As a resident just prior to Covid lock down it was an extremely tough time for everyone, the staff went above & beyond to keep a sense of normality for their residents. This care
and family values, respect and understanding needs has never wavered. We sadly lost Mum on the 5th August & her passing, although expected, was a blow to everyone but the genuine love & affection shown will never be forgotten.

We are very happy with the care that my mum is receiving at Meadow Bank House Care Home, Bolton. The cares are so attentive and truly are a caring team who put the residents' needs first. Despite my mum only going there for a couple of weeks' respite, and also having huge reservations about care home
and their reputations. Within 2 weeks, my mum and decided that she wanted to stay there and couldn't face going back home. Her health and happiness have improved massively since February 2025, and it's all thanks to the excellent team. Thank you from all 4 daughters. We truly appreciate them.

I can not thank you all enough for what you did for my dad. You made his last months as perfect as we could have wished. Every single member of staff looked after him so well. Meadow Bank House is an excellent place for my Uncle. I am very happy with the care he's been given. My uncle can be very hard work at times, the way they deal with it is very good. The staff are amazing. When I leave to go home im very happy that I know my Uncle will get the best care given.

There are some really lovely staff here, some of whom have been here quite a while.
I often call without warning yet everything is always clean and pleasant. Mum has the freedom to stay in bed if she wants. She can then stay in her room, go in the lounge with the others, or play games in the dining
room with friends (her favourite).
If there are problems they phone me. They respect my comments/suggestions. They are always patient with her and she seems to be very happy.

We had to make a heartbreaking decision when mum was diagnosed with late onset Alzheimer's. We were so lucky to visit Meadow Bank House Care Home and met such wonderful carers and staff who put us at ease showing dignity and compassion whenever we came to visit mum. We can't thank them enough for their
care commitment and dedication to their jobs. Mum is always happy and smiling and that's due to the care she receives. Thank you all/

All staff are very welcoming to all visitors to my friend and help access the keypads on all doors and lift.
They have endeavoured to get to know my friend and have consistently provided personal care in a dignified way, ensuring she knows what they are doing. They are managing her difficult attitude
towards nutrition and medication. My only criticism is the building and rooms need decorating.

At Meadowbank House, we strive to create an environment where residents can relax, and visitors can enjoy their visit with their loved ones. We are currently awaiting some refurbishment to the home and there is a decorating schedule in place for bedrooms during which process we will ensure the people who live here are fully involved and are able to choose colours for their room. Please be assured any concerns raised are dealt with effectively through our policies and procedures; we always encourage people to approach the home manager in the first instance.

I was so happy to get my husband into Meadow Bank at such short notice and everyone has been extremely wonderful with my husband with his conditions. Very informative and so very kind and I know all the staff involved in my husband's care a very kind. Give him the dignity he deserves. I have no issues
with the help and support that is offered to me, his wife. I, my family and husband have had a lot of support from Meadow Bank. Thank you so much.

My dad was only at Meadow Bank for about 10 weeks, for nursing care, but I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's impossible to comment on all aspects of his care in 1000 characters, but, like most families, we were very anxious about a loved one going into a care home setting. I can honestly say that
once he was in there, we very quickly knew we had made the right choice. We never, at any point, had any cause for concern. We could visit whenever we wanted, it was spotlessly clean and the food was fantastic. We could speak to members of staff either over the phone or in person whenever we wanted, from the office team to the health care professionals. If we needed to know anything regarding Dad's care/current health, the team communicated really well with us. Most importantly, when it came to dads end of end-of-life care, they treated him with kindness, respect and absolute dignity. They were also extremely supportive of us as a family.

My mum has been in Meadow Bank House Care Home for three years. In this time, she has been well cared for, she is always clean and well dressed and she enjoys the company, as she lived alone previously. The staff go above and beyond to help and make the residents happy. Always celebrating different
times of the year, entertainments etc. I would have no problem recommending this home. Thank you.

Our sister has been a resident at Meadow Bank House Care Home since 2018. In all that time, we have been extremely happy with the care received. All of my sister's family live in Ireland. The staff in Meadow Bank have been very understanding of this situation and have facilitated us to keep contact

My auntie has been a resident of the care home for almost three years now. Her dementia has got worse of late and she has mobility problems as well. The care home has been excellent with her, the staff are attentive and approachable and all her needs are taken care of in a timely manner.

I have been visiting my Aunt in Meadowbank since she was admitted. The staff are amazing and the care she is receiving is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. She is treated with dignity and respect. And any concerns or questions are followed up immediately.

As a Registered Nurse, Jincy has gained many years of experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Jincy shares that HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jincy remarked:


“Being able to provide a homely atmosphere for my Residents. Caring for other people makes me feel valued. And I also love being able to help Colleagues achieve their professional goals.”


Outside of work, Jincy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and travelling. One of her biggest achievements was working as part of an operation theatre for a nurse's training project in India.
