We really appreciate your kind words regarding the overall care your Mother received whilst residing at Meadow Bank House Care Home. We would like to apologise for the misplaced items you have reported. Since covid restrictions have lifted we have been able to provide much more training for both existing and new members of staff regarding personal property management.

As a Registered Nurse, Jincy has gained many years of experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Jincy shares that HC-One’s vision is aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Jincy remarked:
“Being able to provide a homely atmosphere for my Residents. Caring for other people makes me feel valued. And I also love being able to help Colleagues achieve their professional goals.”
Outside of work, Jincy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and travelling. One of her biggest achievements was working as part of an operation theatre for a nurse's training project in India.
